Teriyaki Express — Restaurant in Omaha

They have good food. Service is a hit and miss. For example, the last time I was there, I ordered over the phone and was told that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When I got there, the food wasn't ready and had to wait another 15 minutes. Found out that it was ready but they didn't communicate to each other so my food had been sitting there the whole time I was waiting. Before that, I was there for 30 minutes as they gave my order to someone else. They apologized and gave me a little extra meat...

I don’t like leaving bad reviews at all especially for small business but I just couldn’t believe my experience today.Used to love coming here. The lady that took the order on the phone had an attitude. Food was mid the sauce was water down. To top it off there was piece of rock or something at the bottom. I bit down on it hard and spit everything out....

The food was delicious 😋. I got the #1 with the order of crab rangoons. Very good with the chili paste they have. Service was fast and friendly. I was in and out and didn't order my food till I arrived. I wish this was here when I was growing up and going...
