Every table was filthy, no one came to the lobby to even clean any off. Shuffling papers under the table with our feet as we ate we made sure that the packaging from our food was on the table to protect from whatever was on the table after we wiped it down ourselves. Seem to be a place where people could just come and brush their hair at the table and then leave without even purchasing anything. Look around at the people brush your hair onto the table and then she walked out. That doesn't say much for the company nor does it say much for the cleanliness. It felt like whatever happened in the lobby was irrelevant to the employees behind the counter as if the counter was their barrier and they weren't able to make the lobby presentable. Probably won't go back might try the drive-thru definitely won't step foot in a bathroom there again. Unless I want my shoes wet. Our meals were two Gyros with a drink and fries fries were super dry like they'd probably been sitting there over the time they should have traveling 6 hours to this town and then encounter a terrible lunch like this he's definitely makes me want to take a lunch with me next time. There was no self pride in their work just seems like they wanted to shuffle people through for the money....
Read moreFood was fine, but the atmosphere was awful. We spent our entire lunch listening to what I can only assume was the manager berate and yell at the other employees. If that wasn't bad enough when i went to get our order from the counter they had put the wrong PRE-PACKAGED sauce on my tray, not a big deal I just let the manager (who handed me my food) know that I had ordered ranch and handed her the PRE-PACKAGED bronco berry sauce back. She informed me loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear that since I touched the packaging of the sauce (even though it was still sealed) that I had contaminated it and it had to be thrown away now. if that's company policy then that's company policy, but from one restaurant manager to another its never a good look to embarrass your customer especially when the mistake was yours to begin with. And I'm just throwing this out there but maybe she should be more worried about the filthy tables ( there was not a clean one in the entire place, we had to wipe crumbs off ours before sitting.) rather then my...

I was there 6/14/22 the restaurant was filthy, the staff were unorganized, while waiting for our food my significant other heard the cook say he didn't know how to cook the bacon ranch Waygu burger, The one my S.O. ordered. and by now it had been 20 minutes waiting and my Waygu burger had already been sitting there for a while...I asked for a refund before I got my food and the worker was rude, the one that tried to issue the refund, was stumped and just walked away to get the manager..when THEY came back the manager clicked a few buttons and asked for my card.....I had paid cash....so, beware other patrons, said their food was gross...and the man behind me spent most of his lunch break waiting for food...he asked for a refund too.....below is a pic of the booths..enlarge it and really...
