Amazing! Perfect! The service was absolutely perfect, friendly and kind. The breadsticks made to perfection! Amount of seasoning and texture perfect! Best breadsticks I have had, ever! The chocolate chip cookie cooked perfectly. The marinara sauce was perfect consistency and delicious. And now to the reason I drove 45 miles to this Pizza Hut when I have one in my town, the WHITE SAUCE! They have the traditional white sauce from the 90's. I recently heard it was available here so I finally made my way to Onawa for it and I was not disappointed! Everything was perfect and the sauce exactly as I remembered, maybe better. Big thank you to whoever made the decision to keep the white sauce available, and to the amazing management and staff, for having a Pizza Hut you clearly take pride in. i usually order a taco pizza, they are normally pleasing visually and flavorful with the veggies perfect and completely cooked in all the other places. The last one was entirely wrong. it was as if they were sitting on the shelf for an hour. I had been sent a text saying my order was ready to pick up. i was at the store within 10min and they informed me i to wait for 15 min my order was not done. I waited 30 min to pick up my order. What can I say. I will never take the Pizza Hut in Carroll, IA for granted. We showed up at 11:17 , door was locked. The waiter has earbuds in his ears listening to music while he was taking our order. He pulled the earbud out and said “what?” One of our personal pan pizzas was not cooked all the way (cheese was not all melted). The pop is almost all carbonation. They heard me discuss it, but didn’t say a thing. Our 4 pizzas had so much pizza sauce on them that it was squeezing out all over our plates.
