I just got done telling my husband how much I appreciate and like this Jack in the Box. Simple fact that we order at the window but I had to use the bathroom. I walked in while a worker was wiping the table. She greeted me with "Welcome to Jack in the Box..." and along with a big smile. Afterwards I remember I wanted extra ice just for the road. So when I went to ask the price for a small cup the young man by the name of Daniel just handed me a small water cup and said its okay. (All of this really touched me. I will tell you why after) I asked to use the bathroom and he let me in with no fuss what so ever. Once I was done, I walked out forgetting my cup. The mention of it another good worker let me in to get it. I said my thank you and walked out to my husband in tears. He ask whats wrong? I said nothing bad. Just kind of overwhelmed by the way the workers treated me. Not one time did they showed any kind of bad or negative attitude. Everyone was so pleasant and energetic to help and serve. For the first time in my life I walked into a fast food restaurant and not having to feel that Im going to be judged at all. I had placed my order through the app, which was a good thing due to a long line in the drive-thru. Once I pulled up to the speaker, I told the male order taker that I was picking up an order under my name. He told me 'OK, pull up to the window.' Once I pulled up to the window, the male order taker asked me if I had my receipt from the app, which I was baffled due to this is the 1st time that any Jack In The Box associate had asked for a receipt on the app. I showed the order taker the receipt that I received through my email & told me,'Is that even the receipt, bro.?' & laughed at me.
