Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

My fam and I are a big fan of Round Table's all over. I understand that a lot are franchised out and individually owned and operated, this specific Round Table did not meet the criteria of the rest. First thing we notice is dirty floors and unwiped tables with pizza crumbs and drinks still sitting there from the last customer's(Keep in mind it was a Monday night, not your typical busiest day). The owner does not greet nor acknowledge customers. The cashier, mind you, was very polite and gave us best in class customer service. This R.T. does not have a fresh salad bar, they possibly get from already made salad packs from "El Super"next door to them. Their sodas were ALL FLAT! (On their Sierra Mist option they taped a paper stating "Club Soda") the pizza we ordered was ham and pineapple but the ham tasted old and the pineapple stale. Everyone but the cashier was rude they did not even have cheese packets available for our dining experience. All in all 1...

The food was great, always is...but I placed the order online, went to pick it up and paid on the app and still went I went had to sign and there's an option for top...which I'm all for tipping, at a position a tip is deserved...but since I did all the work and they merely cooked/cut the pizza I didn't feel a tip was warranted....I could see the pizza coming out when I paid and the guy noticed I put zero tip. And from that moment seemed like all service went out the window, mind you I ordered about 15 minutes before this. I ended up waiting for another 25 minutes for the pizza with no type of interaction from them after I paid. So nearly 45 minutes for a pizza when I was the only person in...

Place was not taken care, they have games that do not Work, candy machines empty, same as toys that will take your coins and won't give you the prize will only rotate taking your coins. I order 3 large pizza, and 6 drinks after reviewing my receipt I was over charge, they have this promo on Monday and tuesday, which make a one large topping pizza $13.99 and any menu item at regular price the second will be half off, they did not apply any offer, we dine in. So I have to look at my receipt because total did not sound right. That is the reason i give them 2 stars. Needs better management and...
