Tacos Mister Pancho — Restaurant in Ontario

I came to eat something satisfying so I thought 🤔, the food looks delicious on the pictures The last time I ate here was in 2018 the food was good before well I used to eat burritos and everything had flavor, my experience today. Very rude cashier no customer service skills at all, I ordered four tacos with Nopales and a soda. The tacos were so greasy the tortillas were saturated in Greece. I couldn’t eat. It had no flavor, the beans. Also, had no flavor. No salt. Nothing, tasteless. I asked to cook if he can put my tacos on tortillas with no grease and he did then I, but the food still had no flavor. I will never eat here again save your money you want some good burritos and good tasty meat, Mexican food try Taqueria Guadalupana on mission and town in Pomona and it’s way cheaper than this. And the fountain drink machine needs to be cleaned The Coca-Cola does not have a good taste to it, they need to clean their Fountain drink machine....

Bad service! far the worst customer service i have experienced!!! The lady at the register is a miserable rude lady and not friendly at all. Everytime you talk to her whe gives attitude and speaks in a rude way. She needs to either quit or stay in the back. There is no reason for me as a customer to have to deal with her attitude!! But that is not all she told me i can't get too many lemons, vegetables ect. "You can't get too many vegetables because the owner gets mad, the next time you do that, I will have to charge you" She rudely told me this and rolled her eyes at me. The burrito I ordered had more rice and beans than meat. Don't forget that business relies on customer's if you don't give good service how are you going to expect to get more money...

Dang, I really want to support local small businesses but I should have listened to the other reviews. They will price gouge you. The entire menu’s prices are tapped off and it’s best you bring someone who reads/speaks Spanish. Taco Tuesday deals on the banners outside listed $1.25 per taco, but when I ordered 9 tacos the total was over $22. When I asked them how that made sense, I was informed only the chicken is on special at $1.50… and sadly the language barrier made it difficult to ask them to explain still how 3 chicken, 3 beef, and 3 pork tacos is still over $22 (I’m assuming the other tacos are around $2.50 each).
