WaBa Grill — Restaurant in Ontario

Hi, waited about five minutes and my food came out completely cold. It was so cold 1 inch layer of teriyaki on top made it in edible it was just a mishap unable to eat it not good at all. I went back up and I had to wait in line again when I asked politely just to get my money back. I had to wait again for the associate need to go discuss it with the manager and she came back to tell me I will have to wait for the manager to help me but she is by herself now I’ve already wasted 20 minutes in my lunch break is over and I let her know I will need to leave and she said it’s going to be a few more minutes until Elizabeth the manager can help me with my refund. I never got my money back I had to leave the place was not very busy at all but short handed I left my receipt and my food on the counter I will never be back the food was not good at all it...

I've always liked the food, but last time I was there it was just me and another person that where there. I placed my order, then several other people came in after me and placed there orders. 5 other people received there orders before I did. I asked why. The girl at the counter just shrugged her shoulders and said sorry with no real regard to my question. My shop is just around the corner. I will not go back nor will I recommend this location any longer!...

Waba grill is basically "healthy" fast food and this spot is for the local workers on lunch break. 9/10 ppl getting lunch are sweaty, dirty construction or warehouse workers ; over the past 3 years I've gone here about once a month, and I always take a friend or two, because I feel uncomfortable in such a large group of men. One of the managers is a mean, unfriendly woman and sometimes the store is kinda dirty. Can't complain about the food, but the atmosphere...
