Dear Popeyes corporate office, nice kiosk machine. Today I stop in to get a five piece wings combo and got treated very poorly. I waited at the register for about five minutes while store was completely unattended. The guy from the Verizon stand came over to grab someone from the back for me. When the African American lady came from the back of the store doing who knows what, I was greeted with the upmost disrespect. Instead of quickly taking my order I was instructed to the hand written sign on the counter that read use the kiosk machine. I asked if I was able to specify my order to insure I get five wings and not just a 5 piece combo and she told me to figure it out and that Popeyes didn’t have a five piece chicken combo. The dish washer was kind enough to come show me how to place my order using your brand new technology to order food. 10 minutes later I received my order with no wings insight. The black manager lady with attitude and no respect for her management position told me I didn’t specify on the kiosk as if I didn’t ask her how to use the machine to order my FIVE PEICES OF CHICKEN WINGS. She quickly turned the situation on me as if I was in the wrong for asking for customer service and quickly took my food to refund my money after 25 minutes of being in your Popeyes establishment. Shortly after my money was refunded I ordered Burger King next to the Popeyes and ask for manager contact and corporate email plus phone number. I was told that a Mr Andrew would be the person to reach out to, as I ordered Burger King, Andrew walked into the store a was very professional in helping me get everything situated. I received the five piece wings and made a complaint about the customer service. Waiting for my food I could see and hear the black manager lady talking about me as she prepared my order under Andrew’s instructions. I made it back to my semi truck and opened the order and it literally looks as if this lady spit in my red beans and rice. I couldn’t trust her so I throw away chicken plus red beans and rice that was ordered. I love waiting review like this for corporate. As a manager the goal should be to represent the company in the best manner. She told me I was upset and wrong for talking to a women about her customer service skills, I told her I didn’t see man or woman just a Popeyes employee who was doing a poor job. Hopefully you can find someone to make that manager position great again. She’s not the right person. I promise she doesn’t deserve to be associated with a company of your standards. Andrew was great, only thing he did wrong was have her make my food after she I already made a complaint. That’s not trustworthy. Nice kiosk machine and hopefully it doesn’t cause any more issues...

He did not even seem bothered that I asked him to upgrade the drinks to the frozen lemonade, even though he had to reopen the order and go back in to manually delete them.
I appreciate him and all the associates there who helped us and provided courteous service. He even checked on us to see if we liked the food.
All the food was correct in the order. The chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh; the 2-piece meal was wonderful - fresh, crispy chicken served piping hot with creamy mashed potatoes and flavorful gravy. The wings were saucy and sweet with a mild hint of heat, and the chicken tenders were light and crispy. Even the fries were hot and crispy. Everything here was good, and we all enjoyed the pleasant helpfulness of the staff.
I wondered about the mid Google Maps rating but overheard another customer telling the associate that the new cook is excellent. He said that the food previously was not up to the present high standard. His exact words were, "The food is on point!" Rest assured, the food and service we received was of the highest quality.
Be advised that this restaurant is located within a truck stop, and other restaurants share the dining area.
The truck stop is bright and clean, and I saw families and kids. Trucks park in the back. The whole place was quiet for a Saturday and we enjoyed eating in the restaurant.
P.S. We drove out of our way to get to this Popeye's because the first one did not have an "A" from the health department, and it was well-worth the drive. Thankfully, this one does have an "A"!

Feel disappointed with this branch of management on gusti rd. Honestly, I really like their chicken. However, i feel unfair for my payment.
I ordered online on 31 Desember 2024 on 10 pm .i have been searching in yelp and google maps that they were still open. Unfortunately. I was picking up my order but there was no people there. They don’t turn off the online order!!!! That’s why i can still order via online. It’s pretty hard to call them since they are Petro Gas stations food court. I expect they would refund my money on 1 January 2025. When i saw my credit balance it still charged the order. I let it for 3 days.
I come to the restaurant on 4 January for asking my refund. I talk to the cashier and he said he could not help me because i order from popeyes app. I need to contact the customer service. I tried and still negative. I ask for the manager, “Konova. “She said ‘i can not refund your money from 4 days ago! I ask this person how about i get my food instead of my money back. What she said is really make me upset and disappointed! i get bad reply. “ no you can’t get your food! I would not give you the food! “ Oh come on… i buy your food , not begging for free items. I know it’s not that much money 68.94$ but it still money.
