Unfortunately again, I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered 3 sandwiches online, all on different orders for each member of my family. We drove approximately 12 minutes to go pick up our sandwiches and then another 12 to come home. When we got home all 3 sandwiches had something wrong with them. I tried calling the store to kindly let them know what happened and was instantly met with hostility when trying to explain why I was calling. I calmly asked for the manager on staff to try and correct the situation to no avail. I was not asking for a refund or anything like that I just wanted to let them know they need to be more careful for the next order. Whoever answered the phone would not provide their name along with refusing to give the phone to the manager on staff or even provide the managers name. This is a pattern at this store. Hey, I might be a health and safety inspector, so I'll wait for the owner to reach out to me. Just kidding, I'll call again tomorrow. All I wanted was to buy dinner for my family and none of it came out right. This is not the first time we have had problems with this location but since the staff changes so frequently we thought maybe this staff would be better trained or prepared to handle making our order or at least have some sort of decent customer service. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse I was hung up on. I called back and was almost immediately hung up on again. At this point we were already recording how the situation was being handled due to the rude disgruntled employee on the phone. When I called back for a third time they had turned off the phones to the store all together. Other than making sure appropriate service and training and certifications for this particular location are provided, they may need to rethink the staff at this store.
My family and I will be doing Google and Yelp reviews now and we're waiting to hear back from Subway to learn the name of the manager or owner of this particular store whether this is a franchised location or not as several complaints have been made. They are still Subway affiliates. The consumer should get what they pay for without having to pay an extra fee for rudeness. Those employees were even given a cash tip, but gave zero respect to my Purple Heart Veteran husband and his family.

1.The employees, 2 of them had made the wrap wrong, even though it comes a certain way online with veggies. Also, didn't inform my husband that they didn't have the spinach wrap. One young man in particular hung up the phone after saying that they would give us a refund, but we had to bring the sandwich/wrap in. Then they were extremely rude over the phone, and then hung up on us. Then refused to answer it after we called back 3 times. My husband brought the wrap back that they had screwed up, and then they wouldn't refund him, after he drove back. Giving him the excuse that they wouldn't refund him, because his wife was rude over the phone. As far as I'm concerned, that's the same thing as stealing. They said that they couldn't give us the owner's name, and I would love to have a talk with the owner. So we'll meet up with them tomorrow. 😖 DONT GO HERE!!!
If there had been at least an I'm sorry, or I'm brand new, or the manager had owned up to it, or if somebody had at least said," I'm sorry," one time, then maybe this could have been a situation that was overlooked. Read moreWorst Subway experiences I've ever had. My wife and I have given them multiple chances, and they never get it right. Example, just this last time, they forgot my chips, and black olives that were supposed to be on All three sandwiches, but only one had them. This isn't the first time either. Don't tell them that there is an issue, or they might do something bad to your food. We've found/had other issues with our food from there as well, including putting one meat on the sandwich, as there should have been three separate kinds. They are an independently owned franchise, so they really only care about making money, Not customer service or quality. Heard that their employees write reviews for them for a better rating. We wouldn't even consider giving them a chance again just based off of their now, even worse chincy portions and lack of cleanliness.
Do yourself a favor, and just don't go there, or find one of the multiple other places to go to near Edwardsburg. This owner of the franchise has known about these problems for over a year. And still hasn't done anything about quality or service. It's your money folks!...
