Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ontwa Township

Well if I was the owner I would be concerned. The reviews are correct, in consistent on the food, the heat, the amount of ingredients and it's just messy. Just got a burrito supreme and it was almost $5.00 for one item, 2 weeks ago got one and it was good, heavy, large and full of ingredients. Wanted to go back to have the same experience and Burrito supreme for the price should be full and large. So when they gave me the bag at the drive through it was light, almost didn't even feel if anything was in the bag. I should have turned around at that point and went back, had to get somewhere, so I opened it up and sure enough it was a joke of $5.00. There was no beef just about, no tomatoes at all, no sour cream, and a little beans at the end of the burrito it was all soft shell pretty much. I tried to support local food places but this is it. This used to be the best taco bell around. They always actually filled the taco shell up, always fresh and rarely messed our order up. However here recently the night shift has been quite an interesing crew. They are supposed to be open til 3 am and one night on weekend nght my husband ran to grab us a midnight snack but when he got there they had all lights off like they were closed but it was only like maybe 1 or 1 30 am. Well anyway he pull up to speaker to order nobody says anything but group of male young teen workers were stading around clearly visible and horsing. They always seem irritated that they actually might have to work and they are always telling us they are out of stuff. Food gas gotten smaller and less fresh and to top all of that off this past trip my husand watched as the one kid that was just trying to earn some money was the only one actually working and trying to help customer while the rest of the group mostly male sat thre and bullied him poked fun at him and gave him a hard time for actually...

Food is decent for a Taco bell. Everything was cooked and made correctly. However I had a coupon for a free taco which is the only reason I went because like all fast food the prices are ridiculous and through the roof. Especially at this location they are higher than in South bend. I made an additional order for 3 tacos totalling almost 10 dollars 😵‍💫. I miss the 90's when taco bell was .79 cents a taco. Well I get to the window and they had a problem receiving my mobile order and refused to give me my free taco and told me to contact corporate office. It's just a taco, when did customer service get so complicated? Anyways after disputing it for 5 minutes at the window the manager was called into duty and authorized my free taco that I had a receipt and order number for. I think I'll just bring my lunch from now on. Don't want to waste my lunch break and hard earned money with an unforgiving food chain that's more concerned with ripping off it's customers than making them happy and getting returning loyal...
