Harbor Coffee — Restaurant in Oologah

I ordered a salted caramel pumpkin latte, they forgot the salted Carmel and the pumpkin so I just got a latte it wasn’t bad but I did pay extra for the flavors I think is was only .30-.50c per flavor but still I paid for something that I didn’t receive, the milk was warm and bland with no flavor added to it no sweetness since there was no flavors added it was just expresso and milk, also my husband ordered a Carmel Frappuccino with cheesecake flavor I tried his and didn’t taste the cheese cake flavor I just told him it was sweet and I couldn’t tell if they added it or not but I’m assuming not? We paid $17.71 for 1 latte 1 Frappuccino and one cinnamon roll and were very disappointed we didn’t get what we ordered BUT the coffee was good regardless I wanted to write a review so maybe this wont happen to someone else? Wow, where do I even start? So much to say about this wonderful place that I can’t possibly fit it into one review. I have to go at least once a week. The atmosphere is relaxing and the coffee and other menu items are all delicious but the cinnamon rolls and (NEW!) waffles are my favorite. I prefer iced coffee over hot. Love me some Harbor...
