Pizza Ranch — Restaurant in Oostburg

Went here for the first time the other night. The chicken breasts on the buffet were tough to the point of not being able to pull meat off the breast. Very poor selection on top of that. Ordered some wings to go and saw when I got home to reheat there was one wing that had 50% of the meat pulled off the bone and one 'wing' if you want to call it that, that was about 3/4" long that was bone with some fat on it. For the price, I would expect better quality. Reached out to the manager before posting this review and nothing was offered to compensate. Only a "we will look into the small wings". We won't be back. For the price, the quality is definitely lacking.

Updated 2-3-2025 It appears I can't respond to the comment, but I already talked to two managers and neither offered anything. Which is fine, because reading your reviews, the same complaints have been coming in for months with the same generic reply from you guys, yet the issues are not resolved. I also emailed and you have that, but to be honest, even if you were to offer something, I wouldn't be back because the quality of what is on the buffet (read the other reviews) is borderline...

Don't eat at this Pizza Ranch. We stopped for dinner on the way home from a day trip. There was no pepperoni on the buffet so we requested one. As anyone who's ever been to Pizza Ranch knows, when you request a pizza they bring it to your table for first dibs. In this case they left the entire pizza at our table during our entire visit. We ate all but 3 pieces and requested a box for the rest. Although we had ordered the buffet we figured they wouldn't be putting the rest out on the buffet as it had been sitting at our table for nearly an hour. Not the case. We were informed if we wanted the last 3 pieces 'to go' we would have to pay for them or else they would be placed on the buffet. Needless to say, we did not pay for the leftovers and the manager happily took it away for the buffet. Not sure if it's legal for them to serve food that has been out of their hands for almost an hour, but it is certainly gross. I will not be...

I visited this Pizza Ranch earlier today, and was wildly disappointed by my experience. It was my first time visiting any of their locations, and I was excited because my partner had told me they had very good food. When we arrived we paid for the buffet, and at the time there was only two other people in the resturant. Because of the lack of people, the food on the buffet line was NOT fresh. The pepperoni pizza we got was stale, dry, and moreover just lacking in any flavor besides red pepper. The same could be said about nearly every pizza at the buffet, and it was very disappointing to me that from then on I had to avoid the pizza at 'pizza' ranch. The cactus bread was also very dry and stale, but it was about the only thing from that section that tasted decent. Probably will not visit this location again.
