Snapper's fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Opa-locka

I want to say 1st of all the food was okay for my first time being there the food was super salty also the customer service there is horrible I've never been there so you know it took me like a couple minutes to look at the menu I was on the size of what I wanted the cashier actually told me to hurry up that her manager told her to tell me to hurry up because I was taking too long to get out of the line and come inside the store because I was taking too long I mean who does that who tells you to hurry up when you're telling her to give you a couple of minutes because you wanted to look over the menu somebody actually came out from the store for the kitchen door to tell me if I need help ordering or or what did I need and to hurry up customer service is horrible there the forest super salty will never never ever go back there to eat even if the food is free I would...

It was our 1st time there. HUGE disappointment. We weren't asked, we didn't know... our grouper fish sticks and fries order were drenched, drowned under a mountain of whatever extra salty condiment they use. We weren't asked if we wanted it on the fish and fries or maybe on the side or a light sprinkle or even if we wanted it at all. That presents a serious concern to anyone w/health concerns, i.e.; heart disease; high blood pressure, etc. Very, very disappointing and sets a Horrible tone for a first-time experience. It should be a part of the order taking to ask if you would like the condiment or whatever they call it, on your order. Heads up folks, it is Extremely Salty, over seasoned, and on our order, it was an exaggerated amount. So much so that even though I kept dusting off that condiment from the fish and fries, the taste was still overpowering. Horrible....

I waited for 20 minutes in the drive through for a grilled fish meal just for my rice to be cold when it was finally delivered. And to rectify the situation the employees simply took my rice out of my plate and heated it up in the microwave after I asked for freshly made rice that was hot. I could have heated food up myself but I didn't pay and I definitely didn't wait 20 minutes then another 5 minutes for the "fresh" food for this BS. And the employees didn't seem to care at all about my concerns. Does management support this type of service? I usually don't complain about quick service restaurants but when I wait 20 minutes for food I hope that it can at least be hot. Every time I've come here the service has gotten worse and worse. I'll never give this place my money again and I'll let all my contacts know about this. Totally...
