I placed an order for pick-up, only because my lil sis was driving and we live 2 mins away. The app said ready in 20 mins and 30 mins if delivered. I'mma delivery kinda girl but... So upon arrival, at exactly 20 mins after the order was placed, our order wasn't ready. I asked how long and was told another 15 mins. I checked my phone to make sure I had my timing correct. I asked, would it really be another 15 mins? Some chic in the back started mouthing off at me about 20 mins being an estimate and blah blah blah. Going off like I insulted her mother or one of her children. For starters, I ordered my pizza and picked it up because I ordered 30 mins before you closed. Secondly, I'm 50 yrs old and your not gonna disrespect me like that, especially when your in the wrong. Last but not least, if you have the guts to trash talk me as a paying customer behind a counter, you best be big enough to own it. Even though she has my name and home address, she wasn't big enough to back her own play, She didn't think she should have to give me her name after cussing me. That's fine. I took pictures of the difference in my first pizza she didn't slice vs the one she did. Can't seem to post them right now but I'll try again when I'm not this angry. The rest of the employees were pleasant and slightly embarrassed of her actions as they should be. Working for her can't be easy. So La Shawn or Shae or whatever your name is, the injustice you did me is nothing compared to the respect of your employees that you just lost. You only had to make it 10 more mins and were home free, instead you left a lasting impression vomiting bs out of your mouth that was uncalled for and unbecoming. I hope you no longer work there next week when I order. If you are, I'll be getting my Philly cheese steak fix somewhere else. Okay, I broke my own rule. I reordered. Huge mistake, order was delivered twice, together...I'm single. I just paid $45 for a sub and salad twice cuz Marco's doesn't really care that there website duplicated the order. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis has to be the worst Marco's ever. Used to be the best, but not the last two times. I don't know if it's under new management, or what. The first time a few weeks ago was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. I believe the dough was overproofed, and it was literally split into two pieces (bottom layer, and top layer). And the top pretty much turned into one big bubble, and the cheese (maybe half the amount it should have been, ran towards the center and left basically 2-3 inches of crust all the way around. And I don't know if the lady forgot to put the pepperoni on first, or if this was a leftover cheese pizza, but she literally put a pan of pepperoni through the oven, and then I watched her dump it on top of the pizza. You can imagine how burnt and overcooked they were (90% of them were nearly black). Shame on me for not looking at the pizza before I left. This past weekend, I figured it was a one time fluke, and I would try again. Got a pepperoni magnifico and wings. Well, THE PIZZA WASNT EVEN CUT!!! At least it tasted good (although slightly burnt at the outer edges). I ordered buffalo flavored wings because my daughter didn't want pizza. Know what I got??? Freaking BBQ sauce and not buffalo!!! So now I had a pissed off child that wouldn't eat because she hates bbq sauce. Sorry Marco's, you got me twice. Won't happen again. Get your quality control back to what...

I paid and patiently waited; it was about 5 min past my expected pickup time so I asked the cashier about how much longer. She went to check on it and I thought I overheard her and the cooks discussing how they forgot to make one of my 2 pizzas. She then walked around to the other side of the store where they staged the delivery orders while talking with the manager and came back and said it shouldnāt be too much longer. I then started to question her about what I thought I overheard... but just as I was asking her; the manager called my name and said my pizzas were ready. Went to the car and checked the pizzas; sure enough it was the wrong pizza. The employees knew the messed up and tried to pass off an extra or mess up old pizza to me. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL! I went back in for a refund. I will avoid this store in the future. I can understand making a mistake but blatantly giving the customer a wrong item is...
