My wife and I come very frequent. But this time was our last. We sat down, ordered our drinks (water with lemons & coke), did not get straws or the lemons I asked for (nor did he know which drink was for who), after waiting too long to be waiting for him to come back to even take our order, we had to ask for a straw and lemons and finally put in for an appetizer (TWO orders of Japanese spring rolls). After waiting for our straws and lemons he comes to bring them and asks if he can get us anything else, and we told him we were just waiting for the spring rolls. He obviously forgot and went right to the register to put them in for the kitchen. He then came back with ONE order. I get it, a hiccup, that’s understandable. We then ordered (pink lady roll, super crunchy roll, and a long king roll with no avocado). He recites it back to us and he has it all correct, I mean he wrote it down. We wait around while seeing our rolls sit on the plate at the sushi bar. When we get our rolls, the one with no avocado had avocado. He takes it all back and comes back with the correct order. We had to ask for chopsticks and yum yum sauce of course. Not once did he check on us or how the food was. There was eel in one of the sushi rolls that didn’t say eel, if it would have been in the description we wouldn’t have gotten it. We had to stop him and ask for refills. After he kept running off we got to stop him and ask for TWO fried cheesecakes. He brought ONE and it was frozen inside. I quickly got him over to the table and asked him if it’s supposed to be cold he said “it’s cold?” So I take that as it’s not supposed to be. I told him we did not want it and do not charge us for it and that we were ready to get our bill. He brings the bill and we give him our card. He then comes back saying that he forgot to charge us for the cheesecake and that he went ahead and made it a separate bill and CHARGED OUR CARD without telling or asking first. At that point I was absolutely done. I told him we had said we weren’t paying for it because it was cold. He just kept saying he was sorry. He finally gave us cash for charging our card for the cold cheesecake. We walked the heck out. I will not be back. Too bad that was my favorite sushi place ever. The service...
Read moreWorst customer service ever! Seems like every time we order always a issue with order either wrong , not on time etc. Today I placed a order online when I got there they did not have it. I showed print out of order showing date and time it was supposed to be ready. Rather than apologizing and stating let me put a rush. I was told by John who is supposedly the only manager at this restaurant "I dont know why we dont have your order we getting other orders online. Then ask what I want I show him my order on my phone he takes my phone like he is going to enter it then sets it in the counter next to another customer and then starts helping other people. When I asked for his manager he pointed to the complaint box. The food is great but this place will not last with its disarray of orders and rude customer service. Managers should display the highest level of customer care this is not the case here. It's sad that such a great tasting restaurant who has potential to be great allows its employees to...
Read moreOK, this is probably going to be one of the more odder reviews.
. I've never eaten here but I plan on driving out of my way to come back to this place when I get a chance. I am a truck driver out of Oregon and delivered to the CV Med center next-door to this place and I'm fairly sure that the aroma from this establishment was not meant for this lowly realm but for Takama-ga-hara (高天原. "I certainly hope I copy and paste the correct phrase for heaven." It's truly hard to describe The perfection of this emanation but suffice it to say that it compelled me to write a review based on the smell alone. A smell that stopped almost everyone in the crew with the same type of comments Who all just stopped and stared on occasion at the building wantingly and if not for my extremely tight scheduling we would have just dropped our tools shut down and gone to eat then and there.
Nonetheless I have chiseled the address into my book and will make way back unto this location someday. ...
