This is my second review; I added it to my first so you can see my experiences at this location which are my lasts. I ordered a cheesecake and couple of weeks ago and it was spoiled! I took a couple of bites and it didn't taste right; it was frozen in the middle and the outside was crusty and falling apart. I looked at the wrapper and it had expired a week ago. That should not happen it never should have been sold (but that's not the worst part) I went back to the restaurant which was an inconvenience but the cheesecakes are expensive now so I wanted my money back. I spoke with the person in charge I don't think she was a Manager maybe a shift lead, I showed her the cheesecake and she said it's not spoiled that the date was wrong on the package. I told her to look at it you can tell that it was old. She did refund my money but did not apologize for this incident. She was a younger lady and I think management needs to train better on the importance of customer service and how to handle situations. Also, it appears managers only work during the day and not on weekend nights. I think that is part of the problem lack off onsite Managing during off business hours. I went back this morning and I went inside because the drive thru was busy. Well I had to wait a while before being acknowledged and then the gentleman told me it would be at least a 5 minute wait because he was working the drive thru and i guess they have priority. I told him that was silly I will go through the driver thru myself and he responded "Thank you that would be better". That was incredible to me; its not really his fault he does a good job I've seen him many times before. The problem is because of the current pay increase they operate with minimal employees, so now we the consumers have to pay more (because of their shortcomings) and get underwhelming service. Me personally I'm going to reduce the amount I eat out now and also go to another location. I hope others will follow my lead until things change for the better. Thank you for reading. (This one is 4 years ago) I went through the drive thru late Saturday night and I had a rude person take my order and when I mentioned that she had a bad attitude she replied by saying "thank you". I have tried two times now to speak with an onsite manager to no avail which appears to be the problem! No management! We need to escalate this situation to a GM or the owner. For the record there are some very nice professional...

It was Sunday the 22nd of May, 2016, at 3:30 AM. My friend and I hadn't eaten in 16 hours, and we'd been driving from restaurant to restaurant, desperately searching for a place that was open.
We see this Carl's Jr. with a big OPEN 24/7 sign. Motherflipping mana in the wilderness.
We pull up to the drive-through and wait for the voice of our savior to take our order. We wait. And we wait. After a few minutes, we decided to proceed to the window to try to get an employee's attention, as the restaurant was bright and clearly open.
We're at the window. No one there. My friend gets out and taps on the glass a few times. No response. The window was slightly ajar, so he called into the restaurant. Nothing.
Our "hanger" (hunger-induced anger) sets in, and we lightly tap on the horn a few times-- not rudely, but just enough that it would surely get someone's attention.
My friend peers in and calls into the restaurant. Around the corner, he can see a woman in the kitchen, poking her head out and glaring. She ducks away. We tap the wheel some more and call to her, assertive but not obnoxious, I swear.
FINALLY she comes to the window. A white woman, late twenties, sleeve tattoos. Grumpy scowl, like we'd woken her up from her nap.
We tell her we'd like to order our food.
She says in the rudest, nastiest voice I've heard since high school, "I literally JUST started my break."
"Okay," we say. "Is there someone else who can take our order?"
"No!" she shouts at us. "I'm the only one here." Clearly there was no manager to keep her from yelling at us.
We point out that the sign says the restaurant is open 24 hours, therefore we should be able to order some food at any hour.
"I told you, I'm the only one here and I JUST STARTED MY BREAK!" She closes the window.
I had the feeling that she hadn't JUST started her break. As we drove away, it occurred to me that she probably would have spat in our food for waking her up from her...
