Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Orange

Staff needs to stop being so rude to customers using ebt, am constantly being told from this location when I tell them I am paying with ebt,"oh let me see if it works because the machine wasn't working earlier today" it's become so expected for me to hear this at this location I even called ahead of time one day n asked if there ebt machine was working lady told me yes it is I arrived an hour later and when I got there of course when it came time to pay I heard "I don't think our ebt is working let me check so quickly I let them know I had called earlier to verify because I didn't want to have this problem staff had nothing to say and quickly charged me also asked for Hut favorite crust did Not get it...

I’d give this location 6 stars if I could. Employees are always so polite & helpful. Food is great & ready on time each visit! I have a lot of respect for their employees, I’ve lived in Orange for 3 decades & there is some nasty& rude attitude locals that walk in every day to leave bad reviews. These employees handle them with grace every time & continue to provide some of the best service I’ve ever received at a Hut location. Hats off to their employees & management. If you’re trying to find a solid Pizza Hut location this is the 1!!! Employee, Anna is amazing at her job & showed outstanding customer service...

The Pizza I ordered was badly done over cooked and without the cheesy stuffed crust you advertise. I was charged for extra Marinara sauce but did not receive it, and they said they had run out of Parmesan cheese 2 days ago but failed to tell me on the phone when I placed the order. The mgr was a snotty Hispanic lady with a bad attitude and said I could call the other mgr of #507 Maria. SHAME ON YOU ! I will never buy Pizza Hut again you do not do what you advertise....
