Black Rock Coffee Bar — Restaurant in Oregon

We recently moved here from Vermont in April, and we discovered this wonderful chain. I have been very excited about the food, drinks and service. I started working in Clackamas OR and this location is really close to my work. It was outstanding service until about 2 weeks ago. I like to order a Bagel and I ask them to put the cream cheese on it, because i'm in dress clothes for work and it makes a mess. I also tip them because they go out of their way. The last 3 times (2 weeks) They have refused to accomadate my request. so I take the bagel off my order completely.I finally gave up going. I miss the 2 summer girls who didnt bat an eye, however they are gone for the winter. I just jump over to Panera or Mcdonalds now. Neither as good, but I don't have time to do 2 stops. I feel like this is a very minor request, for the loss of money in supporting them. . Today I went through to only ask for a bagel, giving them one more chance. If you order nitro, be sure to know that they add ice automatically which defeats the purpose of the fine and creamy nitro bubbles. Would you add ice to a beer? No. Why would they add ice to nitro? You gotta ask for it to be cold pour. Isn’t it already cold? It’s not an iced coffee, it’s supposed to be a creamy nitro experience. And if you question this, expect rudeness and sarcasm from the baristas and the manager. They also charge more if you want it “cold pour” without ice or else they give you less which is now a very expensive cold brew coffee. I don’t experience this at any other coffee drive through or shop, EVER. And I helped start a brand new coffee drive through that is now nationwide so I know a thing or two about the business. Just stopped by this coffee shop. I am currently working 80hour work weeks and on my way to my second shift I always try to get to the coffee place at least 20mins before closing, but tonight I got there at 8:52. I first thanked the barista for being open and making our drinks. She replied in a rude manner what do you want? and we close in 2 minutes . We gave her our order 2 white chocolate mochas one small one medium. The lady proceeded to tell us she needed to shut the window because she had money right there. And then when she came to get payment she asked us if we would leave anything for the team. We did not feel like she was friendly and deserving of a tip ,so we said no.
