The crew that worked Sunday morning Dec 18th at the Green location need to be retrained on making the drinks and customer service. I went in and asked for my usual, a medium extra hot sugar free caramelizer. They knowingly gave me my drink without adding any shots of espresso. It also had a burnt caramel flavor and was horrible. I drive about 3 miles down the road to turn around and ask for a new drink (the same kind). They admit to knowing there was no shots of espresso, but decided to give it to me anyway. They remake the drink and give it to me, this time I made it about a mile before turning around again. Once again, they made the drink incorrectly. It was luke warm with no flavoring, essentially just warm milk and espresso. I go back again and ask for them to add some sugar free caramel. She just grabbed the caramel, obviously irritated and said "we aren't supposed to do this" and squirted it into my drink. I have had plenty of drinks that weren't to my liking, but I always just drink them. These were so bad, I couldn't even try to drink them. I have never returned one of my drinks until today. Read moreAs I was passing by the Green Dutch Brothers location, I decided to treat my daughter and her friend with some cool drinks for the awesome job they did around the house while I was at work. There was only a couple cars ahead of us so it shouldn't take very long. That was a mistake and I should have known that was a mistake because this Dutch Bros is notorious for slow service. We waited approx 20-25 minutes to order and get our 2 drinks. Thats unacceptable especially on a hot summer afternoon. I don't know if someone called out sick or something but a manager should have been in there ASAP if that was the case. It took over 20 minutes for someone to come outside with an IPad to get the orders expedited. The line had already grown at least 10 deep. The 2 employees I saw were apologetic and were doing their best. Bottom line is that this location needs to step up its game and challenge themselves to get customers through the line as quickly as possible. Roseburg locations and other cities have got this down. They was tipped even and still the 2 females was talking about how they didn't like the smell of the white chocolate, I had ordered a white chocolate mocha sweet hot with my daughter that works in health care and just found out one of the patients passed hour and half before we got there.
