OMG! Chat GPT found this “restaurant“ for me on my way from Gresham to Mulino in Boring. Nebesky stands for heavenly and that is exactly what the sausage breakfast burrito was. I looooove Nebesky! It’s in a little food truck place, they sell the best sandwiches, and definitely fairly priced. The owner is super nice, always has had my orders ready on time, and she works the truck all by herself! My favorite is the bacon gouda breakfast sandwich, as the owner mentioned, it’s like a better and yummier version of the one from that famous green mermaid coffee😉 I will continue to go back, since it’s so close to Sandy! There are chairs and tables too, so you really can enjoy your food to the fullest on sunny days....

5 stars isn't enough for this place. One of the best breakfasts I've ever ordered. There were 4-5 people ahead of us so the wait was ~30 minutes, but I would wait hours for this food. Tables are decorated with fresh flowers, there's a coffee stand next door, and plenty of parking. Will absolutely be coming back again. We ordered the Not So Boring Burrito and the Hood.
