Wow such an amazing place! They should promote their chicken over their sushi because it's so delicious. I think this is the best Korean chicken I have ever tasted in Utah and their flavor is very good too. We ordered C3 with soy garlic sauce & magic sprinkle and both were so good that I couldn't decide which flavor I liked better. The portions are good and I think 3 people can enjoy the C3 option (24 pcs). On the menu it only has an option for wings, and they come with two types of wings including drumette. The meat was very soft and hot and very fresh. For soy sauce garlic, it can be a little bit salty but it's still really good. They come with their unique salad - I didn't really like the salad though šŸ˜‚ They give you a bottle of water instead of giving out cups and the water is cold. When you order chicken, they give you a clear glove, one per person, and you use that to hold the chicken and take a bite. I liked how they gave out those glove because it would've been messy without them. The place looks pretty new and it's clean. There is a cute neon sign that says Korean chicken. They make sushi right next to the counter and cook their chicken in the back. Also, the restroom is clean as well. They have other side options and I will definitely be coming back to try all the other flavors. Definitely try this place if you're craving for authentic Korean chicken. The only downside is that it took about 30 minutes for us to have our food to come out but it's totally worth it.

I love good, fresh sushi, but hate paying the high prices frequently associated with it. Sushi38 is a great compromise. We were at Harmons next door because my daughter wanted to try a roll, but we didn't necessarily want to sit down. (Grocery store sushi, I know. Yuck) I had noticed Sushi38 as we pulled in, and figured I'd check their menu just for kicks. Surprisingly, the roll she wanted at Harmons was the same price, at Sushi38, so we just went there instead. Now we got 4-5 rolls, instead of just one, but it was well worth it. We ended up coming back 3x in the next two weeks, and now my son decided he likes sushi. The sushi all tasted crisp and fresh, and the prices were not astronomical. The dining area is pretty small, only a few tables. It can fill up quick if there's a rush. I've only ever seen two employees/owners at the restaurant, so if there's a rush, you might wait a few more minutes, but nothing terrible. Most of the times we've went, he brings the sushi out on decorative bamboo boats. The presentation is every bit as good as the sushi. The menu isn't incredibly diverse, but the 5-6 different rolls we've tried have all been great. We've spent anywhere from $30-60 after tip for 2-3 people. A friend got the K-Bibimbap, and enjoyed it. It wasn't the BEST he's ever had, but he said it was definitely passable.

Highly recommend to dine in at this place least once. Visiting from out of town and I don't say this often but wow... It was all seriously yummy!!! Forgot to take a picture of the rolls but we had the spicy salmon roll and salmon lover roll with the 8pc Korean fried chicken wings. The rolls were well made and tasted fresh. Like even my bf who is picky on seafood, love both rolls. The korean fried wings were crispy which I have not found much here in the states (I've visited South Korea and found it hard to find the same yummy crispy Korean fried chicken here in the States because usually the sauce makes it soggy unless you know what you're doing) Probably only very very small downside was that they were really busy and didn't have enough workers(or space) but it seemed to be owned by a small family so that can't be helped. Seriously, someone needs to sponsor them. It was that good ā˜ŗļø 15 out of 10 worth the wait. Btw, also saw someone get the bibimbap and it was a good size/looked like straight out of a movie. If we are in town again, we are definitely stopping by again.

EDIT 7/30/2025: Service is still amazing, staff is super attentive and friendly. Second time around I got the wings with mild sauce and I wouldn't recommend. The sauce just seemed too thick and almost had a powdery or flour texture to it? Multiple bones from the wings broke off which left an unpleasant feeling and experience. As I haven't had the sushi I can't speak on that, however I would find another place to go for KFC. Again the staff is amazing, just not a fan of the chicken

Overall this was a very decent dinner spot. The location was easy to find with plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and greeted me as I walked into the shop. It was recommended to get the boneless fried chicken with the soy garlic sauce. Given the amount of orders on a Saturday evening it was estimated a 20 minute wait but it came out closer to 10 min. The presentation looked great, but I would have preferred to have the chicken more crispy. The sauce flavor was fine, but far too little giving the dish a bland taste. I'll give the restaurant another shot with the bone in chicken and with the...
