If I could give -5 stars thats what I would give for the customer service. I spent $1,100.00 on rentals and a pop corn machine. When I asked if they would show us how to use the popcorn machine Kaylee who claims to be "a manager" in which she is not told me they would show us how when they set it up. Long story short the delivery guys hadn't a clue. So we didn't use it. I called 2 day after the party when I had a chance to ask for a simple refund of $80 since we didn't use the popcorn machine and no one showed us how to use it after we were told at delivery they will show us.

I was thinking it would be simple refund and they would say not a problem. Well these scumbags didn't. It's not even about the $80 anymore, its about the principal. I spoke with Ryan who should fired. If I was the business owner I would look into how my employees talk their customers (being a business owner myself) and if that's how you trained your employees to treat your customers then you should close your doors.

The owner lied to me and my family in several ways. We really liked there pizza and ordered every Friday pretty much. Order tables and chairs from them. The driver had a mishap and bumped into my house. They immediately offered to fix the damage ($800) and also offered to comp the tables and chairs. When it came time to get the $800 to get the repairs done they only wanted to pay $800 minus the refund of the table and chairs. We never asked for tables and chairs to be refunded they did that on there own. Had to scream multiple times with the owner until I threatened and he finely gave in. THEN a week later we realized we were never even compensated for the tables and chairs. They completely lied and charged the credit card anyways. We never checked cause we trusted there work. So we had to scream and threaten again to finally get all the money owed to us. We got everything and it all worked out but we will never again order from them and our family and friends are doing the same. We have had catering from them and it was great but tonight we decide to order take out and wtf....horrible. And when i called, i asked for manager, Jeff said "yeah" and when i clarified he was manager he once again replied, "yeah". Manager speaks to customer like that? Bogus. He did offer for credit or to remake it so that was ok, which i declined as we had things to do and didnt want to wait as the order was already 20 min later than originally said and probably wont be going back so no need for credit. I ordered jalapeno cheeseburger w/mushrooms, got 3 tiny jalapenos and like 3.5 mushrooms and burger was dry. Wife got bacon cheese fries, cheese was dried out and gross. Maybe they should put cheese on side(in a cup). Bacon was good!! My cheesesticks with mozzarella on them were weird tasting. Cheese was good. At least my son was ok with his meatball sandwich. Oh, almost forgot, boneless wings loooked like rejected chicken nuggets which were also dry as can be. Thankfully buffalo sauce hid that a little. All in all very disappointed.
