Original Mocha Coffee House — Restaurant in Orland Township

Don’t expect this place to open on time. Came here last week at 7am waited 20 minutes before leaving and today 10/27/25 at 6:59am and waited 8 minutes before leaving. Both times they were not open. The first time I watched multiple customers come and go causing the owner to miss business. Came back and talked to a Latino gentleman who said he was the manager at 12:30 today. He stated he opened the store. He took no ownership for repeatedly being late and the lack of professionalism. This is what hiring young irresponsible people to run your business looks like.

On a better note the coffee is good enough, BUT not locally roasted. And too much milk in the lattes. Only one size iced latte as well and it’s kind of small. The staff even the tardy manager was polite. If I’m in the area and really need a coffee I might stop by. I will NEVER drive 20 plus minutes to get coffee here again however. Waste of time and gas.

I also asked about giving the owner feedback and was given the run around of course.

I’ve got some great drink recommendations! I’m a big fan of the mojito with redbull. My wife also had the Spanish latte, and she raved about it, saying it was the best she’s ever had.
