I went to this Starbucks for the very last time today. I used to come here every day because it’s the closest Starbucks to my house. But the employees here are unbelievable. I’ve never been to a Starbucks location that is consistently rude every day like this one is. Their employees are always laughing at customers, making drinks wrong and blaming YOU for it, being impatient, and literally never smile or are ever friendly.
Today was my last straw. I’m 7.5 months pregnant and my drink was mistakenly made with coffee (this has happened several times at this location). So I went back to tell them the drink was incorrect and proceeded to tell them what drink I ordered. They kept interrupting me and acting like they wanted me to stop talking and said condescendingly “we know ma’am, we know what drink you ordered”. I’ve had so many bad experiences here and being this pregnant, I decided just to leave and never go back. I will go to the other Starbucks in the area. These people treat customers horribly for what customers are paying for their drinks. I don’t know how many of them haven’t been fired yet.

Read moreI was definitely taken aback this morning with our experience. When we pulled up the drive threw was 10 deep with cars, so we decided it would be quicker to go inside.
My daughter walked into the store at 7:35 put her order in and proceeded to wait for 18 minutes until I went in the store.
In the mean time, the drive threw had 17 cars go through and 4 other people that walked in after my daughter that were given there items before her (these we not the pick up orders) these were customers that placed their orders with one of you associates, after my daughter.
I understand your busy and understaffed, but this is very unacceptable. 20 min for 2 drinks as I watched at least 15 orders get filled that were put in after hers. I ended going in to get our drinks. All customers should be serviced in the order that they came in, and not be prioritized by age. Yes I said it, they thought they could make her wait cuz she was young and wouldn't open her mouth. We will never spend our money with your company again. Which is sad cuz we get Starbucks on test days for school and my daughter looks...
Read moreEvery time I go to this Starbucks, the employees are rude. I’ve walked in and stood at the register for 5+ minutes with no greeting and no one to take my order multiple times. On one occasion, the barista was texting while making my drink. Another time I went through the drive thru and was handed a drink with a lid that was visibly cracked and just placed on top of the drink to make it look like it was sealed. When I asked for another lid, I was given an attitude like it was an inconvenience to them. The employees of this location need to be trained on simple customer service skills. This is the only location I have ever had reoccurring issues with. I would rather drive further to a different location than return...
