Dunkin' — Restaurant in Orlando

I am appalled by the behavior of the store owner Sergio and manager Alexis. I have never in my years have dealt or witnessed people who are disgustingly disrespectful to staff and customers. My son worked for this store for a year and has always accommodated the customers and his supervisors but due to a false report, he was terminated without a warning. Unfortunately, he is not the only employee to be mistreated. I cannot count the number of employees who have worked here and quit within a few weeks of working because of the mistreatment of Sergio and management. The entitlement that management and Sergio display is revolting. Threatening employees without reason, firing them without cause, insulting customers and employees and the list goes on. Customer Service by Sergio and management is non-existent. They will rather let teenage employees handle disgruntled customers. The store is rarely stocked with its products, may be up to par when it comes to cleanliness and always...

Unfortunately I have to say this is one of the worst DD locations ive tried. Always out of common items, fairly slow on the service time. Today, out of all bagels but cinnamon, out of all common donuts, no bacon, out of multiple coffee add ins. Its only 9:30am, It wouldve been easier to tell me what items were in stock versus me asking for 5 or 6 different items. The lady at the window was nice today. The stock issues are a regular weekly occurrence and I cant imagine the revenue loss over it.

Update, tried this location again 05/21/24. Never again. 2 cars in drive thru, one pulled up waiting on food, one just finished ordering. I pull directly up to the ordering intercom and it takes 9 minutes to get acknowledged. "We will be with you shortly". At the 16 minute mark me and the 2 people behind me gave up and had to leave. Its unfortunate that the processes arent solid enough to keep things moving.

So stopped by in between my meetings to catch up on some work. Thought I'd find a find a place to use the internet, stay cool from the heat and enjoy some coffee and donuts. Well, this location was literally the worst place for what I was looking for. After ordering my coffee and donut, I sat down to get some work done. Nope! The internet was down. Fortunately, I was able to Hotspot from my phone. But dang. Why was it so hot in here? When I asked one of the staff if they could lower the temperature, she gave me this look... Then explained to me that they have no control over the ac. It's cool in the kitchen or their work area but they knew the lobby was was hot. She's been working there a few weeks and it's been this way for a while. No wonder I was the only customer! How can anyone run a cafe or restaurant in Orlando with bad AC? So no wifi, no ac.
