Let me start by saying this loud and clear: donāt waste your time here.
Iāve visited Einstein Bagels many times before, and Iāve always enjoyed their top-notch bagels and coffee. But my experience today at the Terminal C location at MCO was the complete opposite of what Iām used to.
Hereās what happened:
Long Wait: It was busy, sure, but it took 20 minutes just to get my coffee. Thatās excessive, especially in an airport where time is precious.
Order Mix-Up: I ordered a caramel vanilla iced latte. Simple, right? But the person at the register kept ringing it up as just a caramel latte. I had to repeat myself four times.
Disrespectful Service: When my order was finally ready, the person (who I assume was the manager) called out my number and said ācaramel macchiato.ā I corrected her and said, āNo, caramel vanilla iced latte.ā She just repeated ācaramel macchiatoā again. When I tried to clarify, she cut me off with a snide āyeah, I know what Iām doingā and walked away. Absolutely rude and dismissive.
In an airport, especially one as busy as MCO, kindness and efficiency are essential. This location provided neither. It was frustrating, stressful, and not worth the money or the wait.
If you find yourself near Terminal C and craving a bagel or coffee, do yourself a favor: keep walking toward security and find a different spot. Thereās a place just a short walk away that will treat you right and get your order correct the first time.

The girl who was at the register was obviously new and was messing up but we gave her grace considering her training (although it took almost 10 minutes to order). We ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel, an energy spritz, and a cinnamon sugar bagel with butter. We were already waiting around 10+ minutes and our flight started to board, so we politely asked if our order was almost done and the girl we asked said that āitās nextā. We then asked how long it would be and she responded with āI donāt know, itās nextā with very clear attitude and a smirk on her face. We asked one more time how long it would be and she said āI donāt know maybe 3-4 minutesā again, with attitude. She was very disrespectful and we ended up having to leave for our flight despite giving them plenty of time to make the order. We wasted $30+. If you want to work in customer service at least learn to be polite (coming from a service worker). The manager clearly needs to get it together or hire new people.
