Hardee’s — Restaurant in Orlando

I have been a long time fan of Hardees. Unfortunately that is beginning to change. Lately, I've been receiving subpar products from them... I've been letting it slide... This time however, I decided to leave a review and show you this foolishness!! I got a BOGO email from them with a picture of their "BLT RANCH HAND-BREADED CHICKEN SANDWICH". So, I decided to give them a try! I am very disappointed in the product I received. I took pictures of my food this time for proof! I posted the picture from the email advertisement and the actual sandwich I received. It was difficult to really capture how small the chicken and bacon on the sandwich was. If you look closely at the picture the chicken is actually smaller than my pinky finger! It is slightly larger than a large chicken strip. This is deceptive advertising! Hardees you need to do better! These are the type of sandwiches I've received the past 3 or 4 times. Went there one morning and the cashier took my order, once my food was ready she was the one that grabbed my food and bagged it. I'm watching her from a distance grab my fries with her bare thumb in my fries, like why are you on the register and bagging people food with no gloves on. So I politely asked can she remake my fries, So after she asked the assistant manager I guess that's who she was because she snatched the try of food and slammed it in the trash while talking under her breath in front of me. I didn't get her name but she was a team lead or something. She was very disrespect if I could give them a 1 because of her I would. I worked in fastood and customer service 7yrs, nobody should be handling your food with no gloves on,then she tells me they don't wear gloves there lol really and covid going around.? I will not recommend this...

I really can't say enough about this one Hardees. It's very clear that this is a franchise store. You can see the care taken in this place from the inside out. It's very well maintained and seasonally decorated. The staff is friendly warm and welcoming. The food has always been fresh and made with equal care for me. I have mostly been here in the morning. You can tell there is a crowd of "regulars" who visit every morning. A small crowd of seniors who seem to all know each other and the staff and also seem to love this place. This is a Hardees. It's fast food. But it has the feel and quality of a small town coffee shop. I can't stop in every morning, not even most days. But when I do, I know I will feel welcome with great food and the best staff I have seen at...
