Spring Rolls | Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Orlando

Some of the worse Chinese food I’ve ever had. The wait time was 35-40 minutes when she told me it would be 15. She was very nice but it took way too long for food that wasn’t even good. It’s the most American Chinese food you’ll find, owned by middle easterners and the food is cooked by black people. Nothing Chinese about it. I ordered crab rangoons and sweet and sour chicken. I found them on Uber eats and saw a picture of their sweet and sour so that’s what I was looking forward to, I posted a picture of what they advertised vs what I got, NOTHING alike. The chicken was nonexistent it was 90% puffy flavorless breading with little to no meat the smaller pieces were literally just fried breading no meat inside at all. The actual sauce was sour and tangy not sweet at all. A radioactive dark red color not your typical deep orange color. The crab rangoons were fried so hard they were too tough to eat with little to no filling in them. The egg roll it came with was crispy but the inside filling was mushy with no flavor. It was mostly noodles not much veggies at all. Only the fried rice was okay. Not the best but not horrible like the rest of the food. Only good thing I can say is the prices are reasonable and the menu is big with plenty of options but if the food is trash then I don’t see a point. Maybe I just ordered the wrong things. This was my first and most definitely will be my last time...

I visited with my kids on Saturday May 23, 2020. My 2nd time there since this new Manager been there. The Store Manager Li Li(the only female I've seen there and is always at the register) was rude to me. I tried to place an order and asked for the hot wings in a separate container from the shrimp fried rice she told me I had to pay for it and if I didn't like it I can go somewhere else. I asked for a refund and her name or employee i.d. or who was over her she refused to give me her name and told me Google it. I told her I wasn't leaving until I got who was over her info. She then called the police on me and lied saying I was acting crazy because I told her about herself and lied that the number on the receipt was to talk to her Boss. It was another number to the restaurant. I'm still looking to see who to speak with about her. Someone is over her. Her customer service isn't good at all. Never had a problem with the previous Manager. She will no last long the way she talks to Customers and treat them. I will be back when she leaves! Food is great...

The pork fried rice is great, everything else was not so good. I ordered a General Tso's Chicken lunch special with a spring roll and a small order of egg drop soup. They brought me a large soup instead and the driver called me 3 times for directions. The egg drop soup tasted like oatmeal, the spring roll was as thin as a marker and was mushy, and the chicken was super dry and rubbery. All of this ran me about 20 bucks for the lunch special when Dragon City charges me 13 for the dinner plus everything mentioned.

I was extremely disappointed. If you're used to pretty good Chinese fast food like Cheng's or Dragon City then I wouldn't recommend this place. This was by far the worst experience for me with Chinese delivery. Don't do it to your family, order from...
