1st time at the new location - they never told us there was new location and was missing items from our order. Spoke with the corporate offices and was given a $20 credit 2nd time at the new location - made a carryout order at 4:30pm to be picked up for 8pm after my son's football practice. Got there at 8:10pm to be told I would have to wait 30 minutes.... Was offered a free 20 oz for the inconvenience. 3rd visit: Order 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni flavor dipperz pizzas for delivery. Receive 1 flavor dipper pizza half pep half cheese after paying $30+ for 2 orders. Called and the manager had the order remade. 4th visit (today): Ordered about $40 worth of food and remembered that I should still have about $5 left from the credit that I had not touched. Called and the manager answered and said he didn't see a credit. Explained why I had the credit and he stated that they delete credits after 30 days (wow). He said that he would honor the $5 that should have been left on my account. When he gave me my "new total" it was the same price that I was already being charged $43.98. And he hung up fast after I said thank you and had a minute to think about it. One too...

I pay over $30 for my order and my food is cold and tastes old! I pre-tip as they ask hoping to receive fast delivery and hot and fresh food, and they do not even place my food in an insulated bag, and it arrives ice-cold! Then I microwave it and it tastes old, like leftovers! This is not acceptable when I pay over $30! If I wanted pizza that was such low quality, I would buy a frozen pizza and cook it myself! I complain, and they give me a free pizza on the next order and then that order is hot and then the next time we are back to the cold pizza, and then I complain, and my next order is hot and repeat! I am tired of repeating this endless cycle of cold and old tasting pizza! As a result, I will find a better pizza restaurant on Grubhub and DoorDash that appreciates my business! I got the notification that my order was ready so I proceeded to the restaurant. Inside the app I notified that I was there. I waited 10-15 minutes in my car, no one came out. I called no one answered. I then proceeded inside the restaurant where I was not greeted, but I told the young lady my name. She printed out like 3 different receipts and walked away from the register without saying anything. I left and called to have my ordered cancelled. The lady I spoke to told me due to the weather they donāt offer curbside and rudely stated they will cancel and refund me for the order. My time was wasted and Iām very upset about my order. I always order from this particular Pizza Hut and itās always an issue either with delivery, picking up or just how the employees conduct themselves. Definitely...
