Splashes at Nona Adventure Park — Restaurant in Orlando

Ordered chicken tenders and a burger. Two of the most basic things on the menu and keep in mind there were not many people there that day. About 45 minutes pass and I go to the counter to ask if my food was almost ready. The girl at the counter responds “they forgot about your order they are making it now”. At this point I didn’t want the food anymore so I asked them to just cancel the order and refund me. Let me explain why branding matters. We drove for 45 mins to find out all that was on the menu was wings, tenders, and pizza. The kitchen was a mess, and the overall cleanliness wasn’t up to part with the photos. First time eating at splashes and it will be our last. We came because we saw they had 0.50 wings on Sunday from 1-8pm. We ordered 48 wings, they took almost an hour to be ready, and they came out comepletely burnt can't even say they were well done.
