I visited this place on feb 13th. The place is good. I am not a local but I really wanted to try this place and their menu. Me and friend were so excited about this but how we got treated was not right. Our server is so freaking racist. I don’t know if she has any problem with people who are not Americans. We ordered for appetisers which never came on to the table. We have to get up and go ask other server for our appetisers that we dint receive them. We asked our server to repeat our drinks and we asked her we wanted to order the dessert she said the kitchen is closed and about the drinks she is rude to our faces and replied saying I will get it later. We dint wanted to stay any more wanted to leave after the insult. We decided to leave and asked for the bill. Meanwhile there were 2 men’s arrived to have drinks the same server took the order for our table assisted them and she took the order got the beers to their table and straight on their face said you can leave thank you good night and took away the drinks. Those 2 men felt so bad and one guy right away said on her face why are u being so racist. She just waked away with so much attitude. Looks like she is doing this only for people who are not Americans. This is the only place that I saw someone who is treating others like this. I’ve been to so many American restaurants but the people are so sweet and so patient. We have to go to an other place for dinner.

This is specially for that server Nicole if you really have an issue go get it checked up and have therapy sessions. But try to learn how to treat people. Thank you so much for ruining our dinner night. I never wanted to leave a review and waste my time but I don’t want any other people getting treated the way we got treated and for the people who went through the same situation the owner and the restaurant has to apologise.

Who wants to be treated like this. But I think the one who owns this place should mention on their website page that this place is only for Americans not for any other people. I really don’t understand how they are even running this business with the servers that they have. Either you get your servers get trained how to behave with the guest or if you don’t know how to train them I will suggest you some restaurants you can take them there and get them trained or try to hire good humans at least then they will treat the...

I would give Isabella a 5 out 5 stars for fixing the mix ups that happened. We went here for my boyfriends birthday, I had made reservations for 4-6 people but make a note that we’re pretending it’s only for two people to surprise my boyfriend with his friends showing up, however they just told us to seat ourselves I explained to them I had reservations for “two” people the host looked confused (as apparently there were no notes about anything) the person I made the reservation with said he would set balloons up, get free dessert and a round of shots. But to my surprise nothing was arranged so I was sad but didn’t want my boyfriend to see me sad and to just enjoy his day since this was his favorite restaurant, our waitress Destiny was very slow with service, it wasn’t very busy either…we barely saw her, I saw a table with balloons too, empty I pointed to my friend and said “I’m pretty sure that’s supposed to be to be our table” jokingly. I heard someone say “I blew up balloons for no reason” then 5 minutes later got a call from Isabelle asking where I was, I explained to her I’ve been here for almost an hour and was told there was no reservation, she came over to me and apologized and she could tell I was distraught almost into tears, because I just wanted my boyfriend’s birthday to be alittle more special and didn’t get anything I promised. She offered us a discount, got free round of shots, and a dessert. We even got the balloons from the other table. The host apologized to us and said he was confused because there were no notes of a reservation for 4-6 people for my name however there was a reservation for me, but because I said it’s for two people he got confused. The food was ok, I got food poisoning an hour later too…lol sooo I may not go back but I do appreciate Isabella going extra. She gets 5/5 stars along but my experience was 3 out of 5 because of the slow service with our waitress and...

I live at the Hamptons and come here a lot, maybe too much. When I stumbled on the waffle burger it changed my life and the scalloped potatoes are also a thing to be marveled at. I order my burgers " as rare as possible" and that is exactly what I get everytime. It's not just the incredible food that makes this place amazing, it's also the staff. Jeff is easily the best server there but that's not to say everyone isn't just as good. The one gripe I would have is that sometimes servers do not play into the secret menu because they've "been working here too long" or "don't feel like rules right now". It doesn't ruin the experience but it just isn't as fun when they hand you a laminated paper instead of a badass box that has a worn menu in it and there's only two of them so you have to wait until the other tables done with it. It adds a level of excitement to the usual restaurant experience. I believe it should be up to the customer to decide how they want to view the secret menu, just cheaping out can give the allusion that the server just doesn't care which I don't expect every server to fully care for the job but that's why I come here so often and have so much fun is because of these niche little things and when they are thrown to the wayside it doesn't make for a fun time. Other than that can fully recommend and is amazing place to eat and relax.

Went here in hopes to have a quick bite for a burger, but when I arrived, was told they were short staffed and had a 25 minute wait for outside seating. It was no worries for me as it was only a Saturday. I was seated outside within the estimate not too far from the bar and tvs. I saw on the menu that they had a banana cream martini, which sounded delicious. It came pretty quickly and looked like a banana pudding dessert. It was quite tasty, but lacked the alcohol as I didn't feel much buzz from the drink. I decided to take the turkey burger for my entree and fries to go. It took about 30 to 40 minutes to get my burger, with the server apologizing twice for the wait. Once it came, it was quite delicious. I enjoyed the turkey patty with the cheese, and the guacamole and chipotle mayo gave it a good flavor. My mom enjoyed the fries to go as it was piping hot even when it arrived home. The service was slow, but still friendly and helpful. They mentioned being short staffed, which is still common in the restaurant industry. The outside area was pretty big, with TV's and a bar. It wasn't quite noisy as I was able to hear the classic rock music in the background. This is a nice burger joint in Metrowest area, but the restaurant needs to find more staff to offset the slow service.
