What a bit of a disappointment !

I loved this coffee shops Nortwest look (dark green and dark woods) and the name but...

I moved to FL from Edmonds, WA 8 months ago.

I happened to google coffee shops this AM and when I saw a WA owner with WA style coffee I was so excited.

I drove 15 miles...

The decor is great but the cup of drip was rather weak and tasteless... NOʻTHING like the good WA coffee (like Starbucks) known for a caffeine punch and hefty tasty taste to get us thru the dreary endless grey wet days in the NW.

The young gal at the counter seemed half asleep....but the owner was on vacation so there's that!

I wanted to meet the owner to connect over our WA roots. Maybe she'll read this and respond?

I am a well known NW artist so I'd give the owner a free NW art print or 2 (if she likes my style) for the artless walls at Pines to Palms...if she can pour me a cup of coffee that gets...

I think the name itself says a lot, but Pines to Palms is an absolutely adorable and charming coffee shop! It can take a little to find it because it definitely blends into the strip mall where it’s located, but it’s worth the find.

It’s got a very whimsical/ woodsy decor setup which totally matches the whole vibe. I tried the rose lavender vanilla latte and it was seriously so good. Any time you start putting floral tastes into a coffee it can be risky because it can quickly become too much and you feel like you’re eating a garden. But they put the perfect ratios!

The workers here were so nice, and if I lived in the area I’d for sure be a regular to come sit and do homework and work and hang out. Definitely try it if you’re...

If you love coffee please do yourself a favor and go to this local coffee shop! The owner is extremely sweet and helpful. I am a coffee drinker/maker so I do like my coffee a specific way but every time I try something new I buy another one and bring it home for my husband to try as well!! She has oat milk and almond milk and everything you don’t want !! Shes got so many different flavors! And different kinds of coffee! So please treat yourself and go to Pines to palms and try their very strong delicious not watery full of flavor coffeee!!! You’re welcome in advanceā™„ļøā˜ŗļø

Ps: she’s got lemonades and a bunch of other kinds of drinks for kids as well which I really...
