Dunkin' — Restaurant in Orono

I visited this location inside Alltown at 1:52pm today, April 9th 2022. There was a tall blonde guy, a girl named Bailey, a short and short haired girl, a blonde girl working the window with glasses, and a girl in a pink hoodie working the ovens. Bailey takes my order and rolls her eyes at me when I ask to use my points Girl working the ovens starts making a sandwich then yells across the room to Bailey that she wanted to go home early. Bailey told her to clear her tickets and she could go home. Pink hoodie girl stops working and starts yelling that it’s not fair. She starts throwing bagels sloppily into the oven. A car has been at the window now for 6 minutes, pink girl gives sandwich to window girl and window girl apologizes to the car for the wait. Pink hoodie girl loudly in front of this customer says “I’m not sorry.” She then crumples a bag with a sandwich, throws it on the counter and yells “food” to the 7 of us waiting in line. She then looks at window girl and says “say something I dare you”. The guy working says “we should just call Jacob and have him fire us so we can all go home” everyone in line was very uncomfortable, the car line was now to the entrance by aroma joes. My drinks were made perfectly by the girl with short hair who was taking aggressive orders from the other staff. I felt really bad for her. My sandwich made by pink hoodie was completely frozen...

Whoever owns this place. To put it lightly, you are terrible. This has to be the worst managed Dunkin in the area or even the state. You need to be working here until you get people who know what they’re doing or trained enough to handle a rush. Or at least you can witness the stress and garbage they have to go through while getting paid most likely minimum wage. Guessing you have high turnover, and you’re sitting at home wondering why. I don’t blame the workers unless they're incompetent or rude, like the one who ended up making my order. I’m sure you don’t care though because you’re making money and the college kids will keep flowing in. Embarrassing.

Out of all the workers it seems like there is only 1 person who knows how to handle everything. She had curly hair and said she’s been there for a long time while apologizing to another customer who had a long wait. Appreciate her work and can tell she’s under a ton of stress but pushing through. Guessing she’ll move on eventually and this place will somehow get even worse.

I waited 30 minutes for a single hot Americano with 3 creams and two sugars. I had to remind them about 20 minutes in. Seems they lost my order. But others waiting had just as long of a wait. Got home noticed it was just a hot coffee with no...

I have been to this Dunkin several times a month over the past couple years. While the quality can vary depending on the person making your drink (Starbucks also has the same issue), they offer one thing that stand out: how quick they are give you your order, I have never had to wait longer than 1 minute unless there is a car in front of me. I also do mobile order at my apartment a few blocks away and within 5 minutes my order is ready. Today, I did a mobile order and ran into traffic so it took me about 20 minutes, unlike Starbucks that doesn't care about your drink after they made it, one team member (thank you, I don't remember your name!) noticed my cold foam was melting since I wasn't able to pick up my drink in a timely fashion and put new cold foam on it when I was in the drive-thru. I really appreciate the service here even if the food/drink quality can vary some days. Also, it's nice to see how friendly the team members...
