We attended a concert and as I read, there truly is no bad seat in the house. The accoustics are wonderful and we fully enjoyed our show. There is a museum on the second floor which normally closes at 4, but is open during concerts. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The only reason for the 4 star is for a slight lack of information. We arrived too early for our 7 show. We were let in and told about the cafe and the merchandise booths from the artists. However, no one mentioned that the auditorium itself wouldn't open until 6:30. That in itself is not an issue and not really unexpected, but it would have been nice to know. Having said that, our overwhelming experience was excellent and we'll...
Read moreMy account got labelled as a "Reseller account" because I put a fake phone number. Asking for phone # is an obvious privacy violation.. why do they require my mailing address when the tickets are not even mailed? They will not remove the label and I can't buy tickets to any event. I am not a reseller, but once they label your account as "Reseller", you are banned forever. If personal info is needed to stop reselling, the reason should be clearly outlined in the checkout process. Also, the email confirmation was titled "Collins center purchase confirmation", but the actual receipt showed a negative quantity. So I was unaware my tickets were even cancelled until the day...

The biggest problem I have is they let people going to the show get incredibly drunk and don’t have anyone watching the crowd to tell these people to knock it off or get out when they start yelling and heckling. Literally every single time I have went, I get one of these drunkards behind me. If this wasn’t something that happened every single time, I’d totally come back, but I think I’ve seen my last show there and will not be purchasing any...
