Going Downhill , Food Quilty, I got Partially raw Burger , COLD food ON regular basis FROM WENDY'S STORE . POOR SERVICE ... Last Year they were Supposedly serving AND Advertising ORGANIC JUICE DRINKS, When I asked about where they WERE getting their organic water THEIR responce was THEY WERE USING CITY WATER. How can one call city water Juice , ORGANIC. FOOD ORDERS PILED ON COUNTER BEHIND CASHIER ,WAITING ON FRIES TO COOK . Long waiting time , fries are warm not HOT . ONE NIGHT 8 CUSTOMERS WENT BACK TO GET REFUND TIRED OF WAITING FOR FOOD . CONTACTED Wendy's Corporate office In Augusta,Spoke to 2 different Wendy's, Managers, Tried to Report getting cold food twice , which was happening on regular basis . I was insulted buy People in Corporate Office and told I was just trying to get a free food . Which was NOT true. Because I told them at beginning of conversation , I was just looking to get food cooked correctly . BUT Evidently They don't care about their Food OR Drinks being Prepaired & SERVED properly . NOT A # 1 CHOICE . Legally Food Should Be as certain temperature when served, I'm over paying for Food served to Me Warm or cold . But there is one employee that works at this store, as soon as I hear her voice in the drive thru I already expect it to be a struggle every time. She rushes you through your order, she asks if we want certain things and completely throws us off what we were planning to order, she gets visibly frustrated when we ask her to scan the app QR code, and snatches your phone without asking or anything. She's not personable, she never smiles or says thank you. She seems like a grumpy old lady that can't keep up with the pace of the job. She seems miserable doing what she is doing. The one star is for the cheap owner who refuses to pave over a huge, unavoidable pothole in the drive-thru, which you are not warned about until you're already past the point of no return. Thanks for the paper sign at the ordering kiosk, dude, what am I supposed to do? Turn around? There's three cars behind me and the curb to the right makes it, effectively, a funnel ushering people to the car-swallowing pothole. At 2 mph, the thing made my car freak out and I had to miss two days of work getting it fixed. Not cool, man.
