First timers, we called this morning to place a small take out order. We had a question about the menu. The employee who answered the phone was so rude and condescending. My wife ended up hanging up the phone in tears. We took our business elsewhere.

I tried to call back to speak with a manager or leader on shift. The same individual answered the phone and told me point blank, "the owners do not care about complaints." Wow!!! If this is the representation of your business and how you run it, I gladly will NEVER support your business!!! In today's times where industry business' are trying to stay afloat and open, I would expect way better from your team members and staff. Shame on you! Ordered ahead on a Saturday morning. Showed up at the suggested time and had to wait in a line, 3 people deep, that took 45 minutes. There was no separate line for pickup orders. When I went to window and politely made a suggestion to have a different area for pickup orders, I was told in a snarky tone to thank Gov. Wolf. I don't think he is responsible for their lack of efficiency 6 months into a pandemic. There should be a separate line for pickup orders, period. Additionally, while waiting in line those 45 min, many people came and left (3-4 couples) due to the slow speed. I try and patron local eateries but will not try this place again, esp when they couldn't take responsibility for their own...

First time there this morning and I was in need of an infusion of caffeine and a bite to eat. I ordered a medium regular dark roast coffee with a bacon egg and cheese on an english muffin. The sandwich was very fresh, and to my surprise the english muffin was lightly toasted. I finally found a place that does this. The coffee was excellent. It has a very robust flavor which I enjoy.

The shop is very inviting when you walk in, and the owner was very hospitable. When she tallied up my bill, I paid with a $20, and gave the change as a tip. I will be returning when I'm back that...
