This use to be a premier place for a weekend night especially when in the mood for Italian food and drinks. This weekend was different. I've haven't been there for a few months. There was a bartender/waitress I've never seen before. I ordered my food and drinks. Drinks came within a reasonable time. I waited for about 20 minutes then had to ask the my server if I could please have my salad. She said I've been really busy. If talking to the gentleman at the end of the bar and constantly texting on her phone is considered busy well then ok. I did finally receive my salad and before I could finish my salad here comes my entree brought out by one of the kitchen staff (I guess) before I could ask them for some salt and pepper they took off. I then had to wait for the waitress to finish her texting session. Probably her BFF was having some type of crisis I don't know for sure. After calling her over again she did bring me not one but two salt shakers. Called her back again to ask for pepper. I then took a bite of my lasagna and it was almost room temperature in the middle. I would of thought the waitress would of been by to check how the food was but after ten minutes of sitting there she never checked. At this point I time I just gave up and ate the top portion.
Maybe I am old and somewhat different but IMO there is no reason why employees especially in the food service industry should be allowed to have or use them while they are on...
Read moreI used to go to Trevis a few years ago. I tried to bring my boyfriend in to talk him into coming here. We ordered our dinner (everything was excellent including the service from Audra our server.) But my bf said he put in $5 for pull tabs and only got 4 tickets. I asked him to show me what pull tabs are what, when Nicole, the bartender came up and yelled at me to not use the pull tab machine as if I did something wrong. I had no money in my hand, it was horribly embarrassing to be yelled at for looking at a machine. I was trying to talk my bf to come into Trevis, but apparently they have too many customers and Nicole needs to drive away new ones. So as long as Nicole bartends, stay away from Trevis. You'll be yelled at for even looking at the pull tab machine, even if you...
