His personality was not that of a professional customer service server.He disposition was not professional in the least, plus his performance and attitude was that of a "UPTIGHT" non-professional personnel. I am in paying charge consumer Joey acted as if you are just the customer and what ever I say goes! Now move along and do not ask me any any more questions! I do not have anymore time for this. time.....they proceeded to ignore me!
The regular on duty stag manager was nice, I thought. I ask for the Store Mgrs. name and communications. She gave me a false phone number that was a "DEAD PHONE NUMBER!, When I ask for the Store Manager's name and phone number. Thus, I proceed too look up the regular phone on my i-phone,, that was a not, not working number as well. ......
Your so assistance manager has a long way in learning and interaction with customers in a professional positive demur. He needs to be re-trained on the professional merit of treating and communicating with customers. We do not (NEED!) you (CUSTOMERS!)! You need us. Thus we all need Respect, Integrity, and a little patience, plus a touch politeness.
If Americans can not show kindness and respect for one in another in a non-stressful conditions. What is next??
Your assistant manager needs a dressing down in good customer manners and politeness. The doors on Stock-bridge are always open..A little (HUMBLE PIE) never hurt no person, young or old managers.

He said he works there 7 days/week 12 hours a day and he's the only one there. I understand companies are trying to save $ all the time, but this is unacceptable.
Also, it was 6pm, on a Saturday and they only had 5 cookies left! This is fairly normal at this location. I've noticed subway is REALLY starting to skimp on ingredients. I used to get a lot more cheese on a sub and now I'm paying more for less! I've been told subway Corporate is always calling for smaller portions with ingredients and it shows. This is why my wife NEVER won't set foot in subway anymore, and I'm not too far from doing...

I got a tuna sub and the lady ran out of tuna so she didn't put the full amount on my sub that I was suppose to get instead of grabbing a new thing. I accidentally asked for the wrong cheese so I stopped her before she put it on my sub and she said, "well, this is the cheese you asked for." In a extremely condescending tone. I responded with, "my mistake." She was just very rude about it. I asked for the sub to be toasted and she didn't leave it in the whole time and the whole sub is cold and the cheese is hard.
