Was there for lunch buffet just passing threw with my registered service dog. I had just sat down when the gentleman working came over and told me that my service dog could not be within 10 ft of the food on the lunch buffet now it would have been more respectable if you'd ask me if I you know if I was wanting the buffet or something like that but now he come over here and started with that. But kept emphasizing that the dog cannot go anywhere within 10 ft of any of the food on the buffet now my thought was is what if it was a blind person that was there for the lunch buffet what would they do with the dog how would they see the food even though she was registered that's all he emphasized on didn't care what I was you know what I wanted to eat basically if I was ordering from the menu or if I was ordering from the buffet. If you want water plan on paying for it. They want full price for tap water. The staff was unfriendly and acted like they didn't want any business. The place was empty of customers. We spent 80 dollars in pizza and asked for 6 water cups and they said they could not give us water cup because we may get pop with them. REALLY! We were the only ones in there. Then the video game didn't even work. Not that I was that upset about that, but if your going to have them make sure there in working order. Absolutely terrible place to go. I have ate lunch here with my wife every Wednesday for around 17 years. The last two times I went for lunch I did not even get to eat. One time it was full of school kids. I got the last available table. My wife had called in an order. I had the buffet and she had a sandwich. After 30 minutes and no salad or pizza I got my money back, my wife got her sandwich which had almost nothing on it but lettuce and bread. The last time I had buffet and my wife ordered a mini pizza. We were there 30 minutes and all I got were two pieces of pizza. It was cold when I got there and nothing was brought out in the 30 Minutes we were there. Both times were at 12:00 noon.
