Wendy's — Restaurant in Oskaloosa

My visit was super frustrating had to wait for chicken nuggets. Which is normally great but not when the rest of my order is not even warm anymore. There was one employee who seemed to be the only one on top of the ball she delivered half my food unknowing that they never gave me the rest of my order she was very prompt and quick to make my order right and she seemed to be one of the only ones who knew what was going on in the restaurant. Her name was Haven and if it weren't for her I would have given this rating one star since I can't give a no star rating. In my opinion they need to hire more Havens. It would bring the quality of this restaurant up significantly. Sad because how expensive this restaurant like all others have become the quality has continuously gone down hill but yet the prices seem to spike more and more more often then what is respectably expected..... It don't make any sense how a business can hike up prices as the quality and service downgrade so significantly. Quite sad how acceptable America has become to allow such lack of standards to then charge more for such lack is beyond me. Sad beyond sad. But shout-out to this Haven lady she truly is a diamond...

A few weeks ago a new young lady running the cash register almost shorted $10 . Last weekend my wife picked up our order got home and my burger was not there. She said forget it and eat hers, she wasn't going back because lady at register was very rude and wasn't going back. But I called and picked it up myself. This morning I got breakfast and they were very slow I was only one in line had me pull up to because was cooking sausage then. About 8 minutes later I walked back to see if they forgot me, didn't see cashier lady so went back to car and about 10min in a guy brought out my food. Got home and my croissant swiss,egg and sausage had turned into a biscuit american,egg and sausage. Okaloosa wendy's has always been the best fast food until the last few months. The only reason I didn't give you guys a 1 ⭐ is because of the cashier this morning she is always pleasant and been there for several years. Tonight my girlfriend and I had easily our best fast food experience. We ordered two chicken sandwich meals in the drive through, we received one and were told to pull forward while they made the second. About fifteen minutes go by before someone finally comes out to our car and says that the people who took our order walked out. His name was Josh and if any managers happen upon this review, that man deserves a promotion or at least a very substantial raise. He comes outside and tells us that he isn't even on the clock yet but he is going to make our food. We pulled up to the window again and he said that he is going to give us two new meals. He comes back a minute later and says he is giving us two frostys as well. A bit later, someone else comes to the window and says they are giving us two ten piece chicken nuggets as well.
