McDonald's — Restaurant in Osseo

My expectations weren't high, but this experience didn't help. My Frappe was poorly mixed and there were ice chunks that scraped the sides and roof of my mouth. I ended up throwing it away mostly full, along with my French fries, which were cold, hard, and drenched in salt. I would've had a better time eating straight out of their salt grinder. The burgers we had were fine, although my friend complained that there was way too much ketchup on his sandwich and it kept leaking out of the bun. He showed me the ketchup soaked bun and it was soggy from how much there was. I usually like a lot of ketchup, but that was too much ketchup for a small sandwich like their run-of-the-mill cheeseburger. Meanwhile my burger had too many onions, and no pickles to be found. My friend also said that the workers forgot to put ice in his soda, so he had do use some from our ice tray at home. Not my favorite McDonald's experience, and it might...

If you are looking for a clean, professional, fast McDonald's on your drive through Wisconsin, look no further. I am thoroughly impressed by the service, speed, quality and atmosphere of this McDonald's location! Normally I make a mental note not to keep high expectations of any fast food place, especially McDonald's because of their sheer volume. Not anymore!

The person who helped us was young and initially I didn't expect much and was regretting not telling him I wanted my fries and fish to be fresh. He was SO professional, well-put-together and CARED about his job. I was very surprised I was receiving 5 star service at a fast food restaurant. The kicker was I opened my bag and everything inside was super fresh and hot and perfect.

This McDonald's is the best in the area and I wish I could give it's example to other chains so I could get the same service everywhere! BEST....

Fast food, this was not! This McDonald's was switching over to kiosk only service, with NO registers operated by humans. It was very confusing though, because the registers were there, and a person was there too, but they were using the registers to service the drive through. The pandemic is not over, and yet everyone was herded to four kiosks that were very close together. People were crouded all around those. The kiosk required you to enter a table locator number, but tables were not numbered and there was no explanation. Several people quit and walked out. We almost did too. The regular menu was visible behind the registers, but not above the kiosks. Just to get out of that crush of people, some people ordered the first thing that popped up rather than what they wanted.
