Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ottawa

I ordered a supremo no tomato extra sauce from the pizza hut in Ottawa, KS at 4:45 pm today and was told it should be ready in 15 to 20 min. I was fine with this since I had just clocked out from work at the Walmart dc and was waiting on my passenger who rides with me to get off work. I didnt make it to the pizza hut until about 5:30pm 5:40 figuring my sandwich would definitely be ready I went in. I paid cash at the counter and the waitress said she was going to get my food. I waited and she didnt come back, but another waitress came out and I asked if she knew why I was waiting and she said shed go find out so I waited again. They both finally came out and told me that it was being made because all the bread was frozen and had to thaw. I was very upset. Isnt this why you ask for my number? Why didnt they call and let me know my food would be delayed? I have never even sent a message like this or wrote a review, but I am very disappointed. They never apologized or anything and I didnt leave with my food that I'd ordered at 4:45pm...

my name is William. I recently ordered 2 Pizza's from your Ottawa Location. 1 Medium Cheese. 1 Large Pepperoni Cheesy Bite Pizza. BOTH TERRIBLE. When I called up there to ask them what to do about it they told me I had to bring it in. I told them my guest's and I threw them away. I told the lady that. She then told me I should dig them out of the trash in order to bring them back for them to do something. I dug out as much as much as possible and brought it back. So I did. When I got there the General Manager was very DISRESPECTFUL and when I told her it was burnt she proceeded to argue with me and pick up a piece of pizza and shake it trying to prove it wasnt burn. I said "the lady on the phone told me to bring it up so they could exchange it for another". The GM (Eddna) Refused and only offered me my money back. I am very upset. I will not be returning to your Ottawa, KS location again and will be advising everyone not to return. I have placed a review on Google and will be placing a complaint with the BBB as...

This location was a short of a joke. We were seated and there were no fountain drinks available, you had to purchase a 20 oz bottle or a 2 liter. We ordered our food and were the only ones in the whole restaurant. A man came in and waited and waited.....and waited some more and the whole time the staff were in the back arguing so loud you could hear them in the back of the restaurant where she had seated us. Finally, the man waiting up front called the store and no one answered, he hung up and called back and someone eventually answered and walked up front apologizing to the man and seated him. This was probably 15 to 20 minutes, we would have left after 5 minutes of no one coming up to the counter. The food was okay but this was the worst experience at a Pizza Hut we have ever had. My husband was born and raised there and he said "this place has gone down hill so bad since I've been...
