Beware Meat raffle- we as a group went to the meat raffle 6/30 and the guy spins twice for a specific play: um illegal, and called the same “box play #” twice leaving an entire box never to be called! And calling box #s out of sequence … Why? what???? Dont have drunk guy call meat raffle tickets. Theres a LOt of $ involved here!…. Maybe MN gaming needs to get involved. This seems like a scam on a Holiday Cabin area weekend! And just plain wrong. Otherwise food is awesome and staffing and atmosphere! Bingo is stonch!

Update- 2024- sadly this historical place is for sale. It has been amazingly kept & update! The staffing is hard to come by everyone gets it- its the sign of the times…. Pricing and product is going up as well. Hopefully it will stay open for options in this area; also hopefully a good staff will occupy the workplace and offer a more appealing atmosphere (IE more Tvs for games, game day offers, staying open with a bar menu after 8- 12???, and air conditioning or temps under 70. This place could make it, Ottertail is known through out MN ND Wisc SD Iowa. So snap out of this small town idea of running businesses like this. The world pricing isnt stopping for you so keep up and keep it going…. Dont let this...

I have very mixed reviews about this place. Our first experience when they first opened was terrible, but we always give places another chance. We then went back and had so issues, we ordered from them during the coivd shut down and the food was fantastic. Tonight (10/30) we went there and I feel like I never want to go there again was so disappointed in the service we received or should I say non service we received. My boyfriend and I went in there around 830pm to get something to eat and a drink. We sat down at a table near the pulltab booth, I had went to the bathroom and came back we didn't get waited on. Then we played some pulltabs we still didn't get waited on the bartender and the 2 servers stood up at the bars and never came over. The one server (who was serving in our section) came over to a table near by and cleared it off and never asked us if we wanted anything. We continued to play pulltabs and still didn't get waited on, I was so furious I told my boyfriend we were leaving after we had been there for 20+ minutes with no service. I am a bartender and there is no way I would have let that happen, especially when they weren't...

Love this place. We had never been there before, purchased a home in the area recently, wanted to check the establishments in the area out first hand. Went in for an early dinner, ordered drinks I had their spicey bloody mary, loved it. Had an appetizer brushpile also very nice the dipping sauce was tastey. Husband ordered the full rack of ribs, I had the special prime rib. Both dinners were terrific. Portion size was great. We were full and took the rest home. Food was fast, hot and as far as price goes, some items were pricey. The server was top notch, service was great. As far as the ombiance it was fine, there was a couple sitting near us who were extremely loud, which changed when their food arrived, if you know what I mean. They must have known a few employees/or were regulars. We will certainly be returning to check other menu items...I would recommend this place to others next time we'll stay for the...
