Absolutely one of the most disgusting experiences I’ve actually ever had. Idk who they have working here, but we just received an order from DoorDash and after eating three bites of Super Oles, I noticed what looked like hair. I pulled out (I’m not even kidding) an almost 2 foot long strand of black hair. Immediately vomited. There’s absolutely no excuse for getting parts of/ fluids from YOUR body into a customers food. Additionally, do we not check food before we cram it into a bag?
So thanks to this business and its nasty food handling practices, I’ve wasted $35 in food (because all of it got thrown away after finding the hair in the Super Oles), then another probably $30 just to get food from somewhere else for my family. Funds are tight, and this just made them that much tighter.
Not that it’s much of a loss for my family or for Taco John’s, but I definitely can’t afford to purchase anything else from here since there’s the risk that it will be...

How do I get in touch with the owner? The fact that it was at least 95 outside and the air conditioner is broken and when I stepped inside and it was hotter is insane. Their air conditioner is broke yet they're still working. It's hot as hell in there and the fact the owner still has the place open with how hot it is in there IS INSANE. Totally unacceptable. Went to TJs today to get lunch for my family. I stood belly to counter for 4 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. No greeting, nothing at all. One girl smiled kind of at me and still nothing. After ordering I realized that I don’t think anyone was actually working the front counter. A little girl stood at the counter for quite a while waiting for a bag and someone on their break ended up going and getting it for her. I love taco johns and worked there as a teenager but I can’t stand the customer service (or lack of)...
