I called to place an order and had the young women on the phone be extremely rude. I said I wanted to order a pulled chicken salad, instead of chopped Chicken she assumed I said a chicken sandwich with a side salad. Got rude again when I asked for no croutons on my salad, which it has always come with. Said they didn't have them on there in a very rude voxie and laughed in a nasty way at me. I just want her to know I had her on speaker phone and several people heard ger being a horrible person. The experience was so bad that we cancelled our order and we order often from your restaurant. My husband said we were not going to give our business to a place that treats their paying customers like that. I would hire better staff. Edited: they did have them and seasoned them with the same seasoning they used on the meat. It was red and also that was right after you stopped using the Texas toast, unless your going to say you never had that either. No thanks I will not be returning, your staff was extremely rude. Be sure to head up to the counter inside to place your order. There is a nice shaded, covered outdoor seated area, but no one comes out to take orders.

We've been here at least 10 times, and the staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable.

After placing your orders, you fill your own drinks and BBQ sauce. Highly recommend using the provided hand sanitizer before and after squeezing out your BBQ sauces.

The food is brought to your table, and the good times begin! We've tried most menu items, and all has been very tasty. Our favorite appetizers are the Klukernuts and the Big Pit Nachos. I like to add extra queso and drizzle Apple Habenero on the nachos for a tasty treat.

Their pit beans are top tier as far as sides go.

Their desserts are good and will satisfy any sweet tooth craving.

Generally speaking, their serving sizes are generous, so their prices seem fair. Be prepared to take home leftovers!

This restaurant always seems loud, which makes talking challenging but not impossible. You can alternately order take out or delivery from Doordash.

I gave 3 stars for a couple of reasons... I arrived at 1135 am (half hour after opening) and was rang up by a young lady. It was my friend and myself. It was our first time there and we had several questions about the menu. This young lady was not friendly, and quite honestly acted like we were inconveniencing her with our presence it started my 1st experience on a very sour note.

I ordered ribs because I had been told by many people that they were amazing. Well, I'll never know because they didnt have any and was going to a half hour to wait and I didnt have that kind of time.

We both ordered pulled pork sandwiches. They were in fact very delicious as well as the burnt ends which were, in fact some of the best I've had.

The girl cleaning the dining room and clearing tables was very friendly and attentive. The dining room was extremely clean.

I honestly doubt I will go back due to the poor customer service from the cashier. 1st impressions are everything to me personally and the first person I came in contact with quite frankly ruined our entire experience.

Long story short... 4 stars for food... 3 stars for...
