Panera Bread — Restaurant in Overland Park

BE WARNED! GO TO A DIFFERENT PANERA. Everytime i come here it's terrible service. The staff has no manners. Today being completely ignored waiting in one line for 7 minutes as 5 other customers get their order taken at the other register and the other lady running the register I was waiting at left the register without a word and went to make a coffee drink, and just stares at me without saying a word. Like at least be curtious and say it'll be just a minute or tell your other cashier I've been waiting before the other 5 and help me forst.This place becomes more of an inconvenience EVERYTIME IICOME HERE and today was my last straw, I had to walk out. I will no longer be taking my family here in which I at least spend $40 each time. And will not be taking items to my work anymore. Whoever manages this location has A REAL PROBLEM with their staff and their own skills themselves and how to manage a staff and an inviting food establishment. I will be reporting this to the corporation as well. This location is hands down the worst Panera I have ever been to in my life. R.I.P 75th Panera. I'd rather travel 20 miles out of my way to a different one. Your store...

If you are looking for Great service, DO NOT GO HERE!! First of all I would like to say that the person who took my order was very condescending. I asked for 2 bagels sliced with a tub of cream cheese and I got two small 2oz cups instead and the bagels were not sliced. Also, on their menu board it specifically stated that their large ICED chai latte cost $3.89. They proceeded to charge me an extra $0.99 for some reason they weren't able to explain properly. All the cashier AND manager would tell me is 'that's just the way it is.". First they gave me a small HOT chai latte, the cashier corrected the drink maker and they proceeded to argue over it in front of me. Then she remade the drink and gave me a large HOT chai latte. I left with my incorrect order and as an unsatisfied customer and I will never be going to this...

75th and Antioch is Horrible. A Sunday at 5pm. The 20 year old talked on her phone for 5 minutes before talking to me. Got upset when all I asked for half and half and called me a liar when I told her all the silver containers were empty. Made me wait another 10 minutes for her to check that the containers were all empty. All the other employees were standing around doing nothing this whole time. Took over 15 minutes just to get some milk for my coffee. This has been a REPEAT PROBLEM for 2 months at 75th and Antioch. They told me I had to pay for refills on my coffee club and refills are not free, which is a lie. They are mean, liars, rude, and lazy at 75th and Antioch. I will never return. The coffee club is a joke and they don't follow...
