What a nice breakfast spot! The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. Our food was prepped right before our eyes and there were so many choices of meat, beans a toppings. You could eat here everyday for a year and never have the same meal twice.

I had the chilaquiles with chorizo and green salsa, charro beans and a sprinkle of cilantro. The green salsa says it’s hot, but it’s not super spicy. It had a nice little tang to it. My eggs were cooked perfectly. It was such a generous plate I couldn’t finish all of it

The hubby had the huevos rancheros with red chili pork and black beans. I stole a little taste, pork was tender and flavorful. His eggs were also perfect.

We were the only people in the place, please don’t let that happen! Come on out and eat here, let’s make this place a big success! Been wanting to try this place ever since I saw their sign installed months ago. Finally made it by and was happy to see it was open on a quiet Easter morning. The staff was SO sweet and friendly!

I ordered chilaquiles con huevos with birria and red sauce. I asked for my eggs over easy and they were perfectly cooked. I also tried a pancake with blueberries. It was good and cooked to order, but not as fluffy as it could have been. The server recommended the charro beans and they were so meaty and flavorful.

I would love if dine-in had an option for actual dishware. Very high quality plasticware for takeout, which would be wasteful if dining in. It seems like a nice neighborhood spot for dining in. Excited to stop by and try other items in the future. Thanks for a nice...

I ordered the breakfast bowl with sausage, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and avocado. They cooked my hasbrowns just the way I like them. Super crispy. Topped it off with eggs over easy. The yolk blended everything together. Their biscuit is light and soft. The wife got their super nachos. She said it had the right amount of toppings and was very very good. Additionally, we ordered their homemade cinnamon roll. I strongly recommend you get one. Like the biscuit, they’re soft, light, not overly sweet, while not leaving you overly full. The owner came out to check on us and was very friendly sporting a big smile.
