Hello Sarpinoās Pizzeria , Overland Park!
I am a good fan of Sarpinoās, truly I was not at all a fan of Pizza š but once after my I tasted it in India š®š³ dominos I liked like and my friends also recommended to try once.
After coming to USA šŗšø I became a big fan for pizza š especially Sarpinoās , my first attempt is in Olathe Sarpinoās , They did a nice job in making it superb yummy.
Well coming to you! You are doing worse job, I thought to excusing you once but itās more than a couple of times.
We ordered :
Tanjin Spice New Pizza. ( Itās good )
Tanjin Spice New Pizza. ( You messed up with out the spice and covering that you added under cheese š§ how come you say likewise ! As we already ate the same one before with you. )
The good thing is you made a new one for me thatās so great of you, but you know what you added chicken in it you made me so angry š who asked you to add chicken š on my Vegetarian pizza š ?
Pesto Pizza
I donāt know what makes you to hide the pesto sauce in your kitchen, you havenāt added the proper base sauce pesto as per my order request, also you delivered so late ā°.
Classic Italiano :
There is a lot of different from you and Olathe Sarpinoās, Olathe Sarpinoās is the best in every item, I have tried enough of their items too

The main issue is, This Sarpinoās wonāt add the required toppings and adds which customer donāt want. They wonāt properly deliver in time.
You are making the Sarpinoās brand fall because of your negligence.
Make sure you get the proper training from the respective Sarpinos people and then start cooking.
I wish I could have the photos, but I have thrown everything away.

Make sure you follow the right instructions as per the customer.
Make sure you donāt mess up with the orders.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI order a chef salad and a sandwich yesterday morning and got it around 2 in the morning and when I received my food there was live insects my salad. I have a picture and video on them also. When I called the Overland Park store and asked to speak to the manager I went on to tell them about it. I asked to get Corpās info and was told that they only deal with menu item and not complaints. I asked who I would need to speak to then and I was told the owner. I asked how I could contact them or when they would be in and was told that they could not give out personal information and the the owner is rarely in and they donāt know when they would be. One of the the managers on duty have the audacity to tell me that since lettuce is grown in a field it is going to have bugs. He did tell me that they missed some of the quality check and that I was to expect bugs to be in my food since food is grown in fields. Best manager also said that he found food before with bugs in it and then just threw it out so it is a known issue. After I said that I would see about getting someone involved to investigate the store the manager told me I need to do what I need to do. It really worries me about how they are preparing the for and that they are okay with insects...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA non functional website, that doesn't accept the street address and then sends you to pick your pizza up at a location 20 minutes instead of the one 5 minutes away, at least they got the order right this time. The pizza is good, but such a hassle every time, it is not worth it.
(responding to the owner) I appreciate the offer from the owner, but truly, the website is corporate, and so beyond your responsibility. It takes a lot more than one bad experience to lead to my giving a bad review. We have received our order wrong or incomplete (from the location that is only a couple of minutes away) numerous times, both via the website, or called in, and on delivery or pick up (to the point we gave up on delivery so we could check what we got at pick up.) The website has now refused to accept a reset password repeatedly (though claiming to have taken it successfully, until you try to log in again in the same session, for the order we are trying to place), and it does not believe that our street exists.
Honestly, it is not your fault, and many of the problems we have had are due to the website (or the location we are actually close to). I wish you the best and hope other customers do not have as many...
