McDonald's — Restaurant in Owingsville

I actually work there myself (Night shift closer.), but there's nothing better than McDonald's food especiallywhen one has spare spending money on a budget plust the app coupons make things cheaper also mobile ordering is much more efficient and takes less time than ordering straight or using mobile codes at the speaker which are sometimes typed in or repeated back wrong due to not so great headsets when listening through them also obnoxiouslyloud vehicles burning rubber because someone got a little angry at their own experiences there, except the two times I came in for breakfast paying for hashbrowns yet not receiving and or the one time when they nearly forgot my mcchicken also my hot & spicy mcchicken and the fish sandwich for my mother (that also used to work at this location as well.) Handful of managers and staff are actually worldies which I'm glad to have met also glad to be working with them through the chaos of rushes as well as the painfully boring slow dull moments. (UPDATE!): my first order was canceled and possibly refunded for a large Carmel frappe extra whip, extra of both drizzles, and a chocolate hip cookie, i used my app points to get the frappe for free so it was around $1.50 or so for the extra toppings alongside the cookie probably before tax so I just decided to order again since I got paid. Only to come of finding out I'm missing two pumpkin creme pies and one was only half a pie in the box looking like it was half eaten. Don't know if it was my family that did it or one of my fellow coworkers but reaching into a box expecting a whole untouched pie only to touch the creamy insides of half was...

This one review that is very important to me. As it’s a human kindness and fellowship experience. And we all know how far and few between these are. I was on the last food stop before my home exit from a Very long hard few days of emotional exhaustion several hours for the funeral weekend of my dear mother in-Law. I made the big mistake of ordering our whole families order of food to the wrong McDonald’s ,several McDonald’s back. Upset and now worried I went to the desk. As suspected,. I was going to have to cancel and re order 3 day reimbursement for that order and Repay for this one hospice stays and long trips and stays out of town leaves you counting penny’s. My whole family’s order is promo by a very kind staff. Not just one. The entire staff. I will never forget this small act of kindness. It was the act that filled my heart with so much warm light in a sea of sorrow. I wish I knew your name. But I so hope someone in corporate sees this receipt and enters this information and sees which manager code entered this promo. This is something that deserves recognition.. Thank you...

Okay, I have another update. I went back this morning no, no, if they just hire people because they know how to dress theirself or what, but.... I ordered steak, egg and cheese bagel, which is my favorite sandwich with no onions.Since the onions are killing people across the country. You would think that a company as large as this one would just not use onions right now. Until the problem is resolved, but no, they still want to give you onion... so to save my life,I ordered it without onions. It came without onions. It was a good sandwich. I guess I should be thankful that the bagel was well done. At least it wasn't poisonous, but the reason for my review is it was burnt. I was probably the fourth or fifth customer this morning. And I know they cook it to order, they tell me that, But if you're cooking one item to order, how can you burn the bagel? And, its not busy so.....How can you give your customer a burnt bagel???
