This place has the best street tacos that you will find in Mississippi. All the food is just like I get when I am in Mexico. Don’t confuse this food with the normal “Tex-Mex” food that you get every where. This is authentic Mexican street food. Yes, the tacos are plain and simple just like they are in Mexico and man are they good!!! Don’t be shy, order things that you like even if they are not on the menu. I have orders pork nachos here before and they are the best that I have ever had. AMAZING!!!! The service is fast and the food is cheap. This should be one of the busiest restaurants in Oxford. Tacos were great! The rice beans not so. The service was bad with rudeness thrown in. I walked in and it was several tables seated all the rest where dirty. I asked if I waited to be seated and the waitress said something in Spanish and rolled her eyes. I went to counter and asked and was told to sit at dirty table and someone would clean it. I set a the booth with less mess on it. No one came. I waited thirty minutes. Several others came in and were standing around while the waitresses were waiting on a group of Spanish guys being very flirtatious. I finally asked out loud how long it would be or was it a private party. A lot of Spanish was spoken by everyone and the waitress started cleaning tables and sitting others. I was hesitant to write this review from the fact that the employees or maybe the owner was not polite to my friend or me. It made me not want to come back. But, I finally gave it one more chance because the tacos are so damn cheap and pretty tasty, and to my surprise they were extremely polite, and went above and beyond to make me want to come back. I was happily pleased with this. Now I eat here like 3 times a week because it’s so convenient, I call and the tacos are ready in 5 minutes, the time it takes to drive there, perfect.

It puts Taco Bell to shame, and it’s like a 0.40¢ more for Taco Shop’s tacos and they are ten times better, and 100000% faster than...
